I have ordered from this location for over 4-5 years and over the ready their service, personalities, manners, and wait time have completely gone down hill. I have ordered the entire week giving them 2nd chances and every time my meal was 10+ min late. I get a 30 min lunch break everyday. Over half my wait is my break with less than half the time to eat. When I ask them how long the wait is I receive attitude. A customer who waited LESS time then I got a free sandwich card. Yet I was greeted with an attitude and nothing. They should really reevaluate their staff. I also didn’t receive a my pleasure when I said thank you…. Find that quite funny since that’s Chick-fil-As whole thing.

I did a pick up order on my phone and walked in to pick it up. I was ignored for over 10 minutes after trying to get someone to assist me multiple times. Every person who walked up turned around to avoid helping. At one point one of the workers was just standing up against the counter doing nothing. It was just not a pleasant restaurant experience. Let alone not a normal Chick Fil A experience. Once someone finally did help my meal had been sitting on the shelf ready to go and was cold. Will not be returning.

They don’t give trays anymore for food and then act like to a big deal if you want one? When I asked for something we could put our food on, was told I could have a salad container, when they then asked the manager for the container, the manager told her she’d have to charge us for the empty container. Then a second manager got my kids some table covers but was very sarcastic and rude. I don’t understand getting rid of the trays unless you just don’t want people eating at your restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense. You’re making people eat off the bags that you just grabbed with your hands to put food in. And when serving kids they aren’t going to be able to keep food on the bag, let alone sauces for dipping. So weird. Super unsanitary and gross. We won’t be back to this location.

Excellent young woman did a great job cleaning restrooms. Nice to find that when I'd been driving for 8 hours. They hire young kids who actually work hard. What a nice rarity. But the chocolate chunk cookie is always bad, old, inedible. Who cares though because you go there for everything else.
This is the 5th time I am given fried when I ask for grilled. Grace took my order and when I asked the girl that took my card to confirm she just said receipt in the bag and when I asked again told me to receipt in the bag 2x. Very rude.

This was my favorite location (7000 block Kingston pike) to eat and I go here 3 times a week but what is wrong with your food. Breaded chick sandwich is dry, tough and thin with no flavor! My last 5 visits have been disappointing and today is my last purchase at this location. The waffle fries were good and service was good but we go here for the chicken sandwich.

The audacity that the manager would act like I'm lying when I drove my 60k highlander back across the street to inform them of the GERMAN COCKROACH that ran out of the top of my drink into my cup holder that I do graciously brought back to their employees to inform them THEY NEED TREATMENT, TO them be informed they "just bombed" ... the place.. then gonna act like SOMEONE DIDN'T JUST GET A ROACH IN THEIR FOOD. LIKE...I wasn't even gonna write this review until they decided to act like theirs customers are lying. Screw you're policy that you didn't witness it run out of my drink into my cup holder so .. it's not possible. Well it was as possible as this REVIEW.
