Definitely the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I’m writing this from the line. Literally been waiting in line for over 20 minutes and it’s not like they’re over busy just not efficient. Which is strange for Chick-fil-A I come to Chick-fil-A often and this one Location always seems to be lacking my first job and my first two years working was spent at Chick-fil-A so definitely have a soft spot for them But today was not a good day for them!

We had Al taking our order and he went above and beyond our expectations. He was very kind and made sure to confirm our order was correct. He even corrected my girlfriend’s name who is often misspelled and it meant a lot to see someone who embodies excellence for the little things.

Edit: The location has gotten even slower! If you're gonna have 1 line for mobile only and the other one for everything else PLEASE put someone a bit faster than an elderly man than can barely hear!!! Wednesday 12/05/24 was ridiculous 🙄 You guys are lucky cars aren't able to drive off because myself and several others would surely have left. I'll visit a different location going forward for drive thru service. 20 in line at a fast food restaurant that only sales a few items for breakfast is a travesty. This was mostly due to the order taker I'm certain! Do better folks!!
This was supposed to be a large fry! They didn’t even fill it up. What’s the point in paying more to upgrade to a large fry if they don’t fill it up? Not to mention they were not fresh or hot, I imagine these were the last ones of a batch or just sitting out. Very disappointed. We go to CFA at LEAST weekly ! Usually the northshore location. I want a refund 😭

I ended up in the new mobile order lane and since I didn't already have the app, I was now stuck in a line of cars... waiting... waiting just to get out of the slower moving line. Thanks for helping me kick the fast food habit!
I bought two drinks 5.22 and when I pulled to window a long hair guy ask me at least three times what my name was and I needed to pay for my order ! I said I paid the guy in the line taking orders. This guy was rude and I go to chick fil an all the time and never encountered an employee so rude and to be it all over 5.22 which I paid but he told me I didn't pay .
