Chili's in Knoxville

“My wife and daughter went Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long before we were seated at a dirty booth, a large amount of napkins food and crayons were on the floor and some food on the seats. It seemed to be a problem to get it cleaned up. Once it was swept up I had to get a paper towel and clean the seats myself. We were 3 seconds away from walking out when a server came to get our order. He was very nice, we had our drinks in a matter of seconds and our appetizer in a few minutes. The food came out promptly and was hot and very good. Drink's were refilled and everything else was fine.“

“We got the smash burger, and we halfed it, and Lacey, our server, made sure it was halfed for us when it was served to us. She was exceptional and checked in on us and refilled our nacho chips, noticing they were running low. The cocktails were yummy. We got the Lemon Drop, sooo yummy! We got the water melon Presidente margarita as we always do, and it's was yummy! The meal was reasonably priced and a great value for the portions indeed. We are regulars at chili's and never disappointed. Excellent food and service. Great job, Lacey and chili's!♡“
