Not very pleased! Service was very slow waited over 30 min before getting seated restaurant was not full at all. My wife and I Ordered the Bacon, Chicken quesadilla and there was hardly anything on the inside and the outside of them both were burnt. Great management and very clean.

I take reviews quite seriously. I dont typically attempt establishments under 4.3 stars. I know negative reviews can topple the overall stars, so for my family, I went into Chili's with a more open mind. The hosts weren't unfriendly. I was a host for many years in Downtown Knoxville so I dont blame them for their dull looks. The server on the other hand, Charlie, was extremely friendly and easy-going. This was truly appreciated given the aura of the place. (Aura is a personal feeling/sensation of the atmosphere of a place or person) The bathrooms were barely to par. The food came out timely. Charlie was very accommodating and made it feel like there wasnt such a gap between server and customer, the others of my group were very satisfied.

I drove to this restaurant from Sevierville because my wife wanted to eat something different with her parents & I. She doesn't eat much so we ordered the fajitas Dinner for 2 people where you can choose 4 proteins. We ordered steak, shrimp and double chicken. I was expecting food for 2 people. When we saw the meal arrive, I saw 5 small shrimp, 3 oz of steak & maybe 4 oz of chicken. And it was $39.99 for that meal. I don't mind to pay money when I eat a good meal. But, was highly disappointed & surprised by the portion for a meal for 2 people. I can see the protein was the same amount as if I ordered 3 choices for myself. The only difference was we each had tortillas, rice & beans. You guys need to take care your customers better. Let's face it, the beans & rice are the cheapest part of the meal. We ordered expecting the proteins to be for 2 people. And my wife only eats 4 oz due to her condition. Now imagine 2 normal people eating that meal. If she had the same appetite as a typical adult, we'd probably have to go to burger king afterwards to be satisfied and full. I spent. More than $100 for this along with my in-law's meal. Definitely overpriced. I'd rather to Texas Roadhouse, spend the same money & get better food, larger portions and better quality than this. Sorry. I hope you guys do better in the future.

Steak was full of gristle in addition was very tough. I ordered it medium rare, I got it approaching medium well. I ate all my food except the steak. I told the bartender about the steak. He comped it, which was nice, I thought. Until he made a rude comment about a dental plan. So, I paid and tipped as if had had not reduced the bill. I could see it in his eye he was contemplating saying that I was trying to get free food. So I paid in full even though it was discounted. I generally like Chili's I will go back I just won't ever order a steak again. Or sit at that particular bar.

Our waiter was superb. He offered information on the menu that we didn't know about. The food was very good, but it was a bit loud.

We just left the Chili's on Clinton Hwy and I had to say something. There was a slight issue with part of our meal, but our server, Devon, took care of it. He was courteous, friendly, and did a phenomenal job taking care of my family and I.

Walked in a little before 9 and no one helped us. Saw 2 employees look at us and she asked if he was gonna seat us and he didn’t do anything. It was slow so no reason we had to wait so long. The server was extremely rude. It’s not hard to just do the job you’re paid to do. Ended up leaving anyways.

We got the smash burger, and we halfed it, and Lacey, our server, made sure it was halfed for us when it was served to us. She was exceptional and checked in on us and refilled our nacho chips, noticing they were running low. The cocktails were yummy. We got the Lemon Drop, sooo yummy! We got the water melon Presidente margarita as we always do, and it's was yummy! The meal was reasonably priced and a great value for the portions indeed. We are regulars at chili's and never disappointed. Excellent food and service. Great job, Lacey and chili's!♡
