Walked in a little before 9 and no one helped us. Saw 2 employees look at us and she asked if he was gonna seat us and he didn’t do anything. It was slow so no reason we had to wait so long. The server was extremely rude. It’s not hard to just do the job you’re paid to do. Ended up leaving anyways.

We got the smash burger, and we halfed it, and Lacey, our server, made sure it was halfed for us when it was served to us. She was exceptional and checked in on us and refilled our nacho chips, noticing they were running low. The cocktails were yummy. We got the Lemon Drop, sooo yummy! We got the water melon Presidente margarita as we always do, and it's was yummy! The meal was reasonably priced and a great value for the portions indeed. We are regulars at chili's and never disappointed. Excellent food and service. Great job, Lacey and chili's!♡

I had the smoke house ribs with the crunchy chicken tenders and the sugar corn along with the jalapeno sausage. It was okay. To me everything has changed since the pandemic in 2020. The service is not the same and the food is not as good.

Rarely do I leave a review, but our service was exceptional. Princess, our server, did a fantastic job with our table. Very attentive and cared about our experience. She rocks!
Our family went for dinner on a Friday night and the food was not the best. The fajita on a skillet was not hot and the steak I ordered and my husband's bbq ribs were very dry. Service was great though, our server was very attentive.

Very disappointed with the Chili's on Clinton Hwy in Powell. My family and I went around 2:30 to enjoy a nice meal but ended up leaving. There was pretty much no customers so both sides of restaurant had empty tables. The hostess took us to the right side booths and I asked if we could sit on the left side so we could watch the tv, the hostess got an attitude and threw our menus on the table and the whole time had a sneer on her face. I went up to her and asked if I had upset her in some way and she continued to sneer and have an attitude and said in a snarky tone that she would go get the manager. I got my family and left right then and went elsewhere to eat that actually knows how to treat customers. She shouldn't work in public with an attitude like that.
