Second person in restaurant. Ordered ribeye with steamed broccoli.
Steak was chewy with a lot of grizzle, broccoli was cold. Waitress asked how my food was I told her and no reaction, didn’t offer to make it better. Left most of my meal since steak was very fatty not worth the $29+ diollars. She noticed I left most of steak again no reaction. Last time I go there, do not recommend. Left a bad taste in my mouth, literally.
Sabastian was a wonderful server. He treated our party of nine like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Thanks for a great night.

Our last visit was quite disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and the servers were cleaning the tables with napkins, sweeping the debris onto the ground. Our appetizers arrived incorrectly, and we had to request napkins and plates. Our main meals (Chili Cheesesteak and Chicken Burger) were watery and tasteless. I'm not sure if we'll come back.

Fajitas' without onions and mostly green pepper's and the molten chocolate cake had no molten chocolate center, nor hard shell on the ice cream and cake was hard on the sides made for a disappointing meal. We have eaten here several times but it was not the great food I have been served in the past. Chili's has changed a lot in the last year with much higher pricing and fewer deals than before.

Burger was lukewarm.. cheese wouldn't even melt. Fries were barely warm & tough. I ordered the triple dipper. It was good, but lukewarm. Our second bad experience with this chillis. It USED to be my favorite restaurant, but, we won't be back.
Well, this is not about the food, or the service. It is about the “lady” at the registration desk at the door. She was very rude, and pointed her finger at people standing in line, when she wanted them to register. She took seated people out of turn, with one elderly man challenging her. We waited as people were seated before us, even though we were there first. She gave no welcoming greeting, but frowned constantly. We left and have not been back, even with the “three for me” great price. I am not a dog, so don’t point your finger at me, it angers me. If she hasn’t been fired, I am sure she is not helping their business.
Went there to celebrate a friends birthday. I just wanted some street corn. Returned it 3xs because it was cold along with the rest of our Entrées when they came to the table. Found the Manager and he took really good care of us. Adult beverages were superb. Don't know what was going on this night because we've never had a bad experience. Still willing to give yall another try...because I love that Street Corn!!
I got the 3 meat fajitas and my husband got the 6 ounce sirloin. It was the best food we ever had at chili's. I'm in their rewards program and we got half off the second entree.
If you want good food, a lot of it, and cheaper than many other places, especially for a family try this. I think it's $10.99 that you can get an appetizer, drink, main coarse with a side. The food is good especially chips and salsa, and baked potatoes soup.
