To be honest, didn't stay to eat...walked in sticking to the floors and the smell was not appealing. Old grease smell, not good. Sorry but just being truthful.

Used to love this location but on a steady decline waited 45 minutes for my food and the fajitas were not even sizzling like they are supposed to cold food is not very appealing after such a long wait and so was my burger COLD.

2.5star on food got three bbq platter jalepeno sausage tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago and absolutely nuked in the microwave same for the brisket quesadillas the ribs were the only decent part of it tbh but kids chicken tenders were fine no surprise since they just fry frozen chicken tenders lol waitress would great though
We waited 30 minutes for our food for only 2 people and it was not during peak time. Our waitress was horrible. We had to ask her to refill our drinks. We paid on the kiosk that's on the table as soon as we ordered and was leaving a cash tip. I guess she thought we weren't going to tip and ignored us.

Absolutely wonderful people at this Chili’s on Kingston Pike. Attentive and kind. My order was taken quickly and given quickly to me. Only a short wait, where the host made sure I had something to drink while I waited for my take out. Will be back soon. My southwestern egg rolls were perfect.
