I have always loved this Chili's more than the other locations. Might be nostalgia but its most likely because I've never had bad service. I met young Andrew today and he is not only professional, attentive, but super fun!

Food was good and the service wasn't awful. All the servers were polite and attentive and I would've given them 5 stars but the person at the pick up desk didn't give me any plastic ware, condiments, napkins or salad dressing. Which wouldn't have been a big deal had I'd been at home but we happened to be staying in a hotel and didn't have anything. Also my wife was very mad about her dressing and I've gotta live with her so that alone takes a star away in my opinion. Oh have mercy.

Manager refused to take in date identification.... This place sucks . Every time we come here there's an issue with the servers and food...they need to fire everyone and hire people that actually know how to run an establishment

Waited over 30 minutes for an appetizer, had to get the manager involved or it probably would have been longer. Server never came by to say why it was taking so long or to apologize. Had to wait for drink refills to the point I was considering refilling them myself. They were not busy, there were empty tables around so that wasn’t the issue. The food here is good. The appetizer was good when it arrived. The food is not the problem - service is. I would come here more often if they had better service.

Great chilli's fare. The service isn't bad but it could be better. We've been here several times so this isn't just a one-off experience. We always have a good time but can't help but notice the service is slow and sometimes shoddy. If that doesn't bother you, you will enjoy it here.
