Had a great lunch at Chili's today with the 3 for Me menu. Had a Side Salad and the Large Smash Burger, it had really good flavor but it was also very messy and drippy. Had the Mini Molten for desert.
I have been overcharged on a restaurant bill but only noticed it later.

Ordered through delivery service which was great but when I got the food. The steak I ordered wasn't like how I ordered it. I ordered it well done but it was very pink on the inside and that's not how I order steak and so I couldn't really eat it like that . The best thing I like from this place is the street corn

Was told we couldn’t sit at the bar because “the kitchen is backed up”. Literally told me I couldn’t have a beer because the kitchen was busy. Ridiculous.

Ordered a $200 team lunch for a few coworkers online. The order was cancelled 20 minutes before our pickup time. When we arrived at the store to figure out what was going on, we found out the grill isn’t working. Would have been nice if they had called to let us explain instead of a computer generated email. The manager and host were friendly otherwise.

I have never paid any fee for chips at any Chili's before, but when I went and had dinner at 10 o'clock this evening, they charged me an extra 7 dollars for chips. It was literally a joke and I didn't understand why they did this. I don't think of ever going again.

My husband and I came here because cheap food and drinks sounded fun on a night out Christmas shopping. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay. We found the food menu to be just $1-3 less than nice local restaurants, like Aubrey’s and the alcohol menu didn’t even have pricing on it. For example, the chicken fingers are the same price at Aubrey’s as they are at Chili’s. The burgers are actually less expensive at Aubrey’s. Maybe the drinks are cheap but I’ll never know because I couldn’t find a price anywhere in the restaurant. I would’ve had to ask our server for drink pricing before ordering, which is not ideal, but based on food prices I couldn’t assume it was reasonably priced enough to order without knowing the cost. I looked online and saw other people complaining that other Chili’s don’t have pricing on their alcohol menu. Very odd. I did look it up in Texas (they do to-go alcohol so you can see pricing online) and it looks like other than the house marg ($5.50) the drinks are between $10-12 (in TX.) I guess gone are the days when chain restaurants were affordable. Bummer! But I’ll stick to local chains where the prices are similar and the quality is good!

I go to Chilis all the time but whoever our server was tonight…. jesus christ. Me and my friends who are servers and bartenders just got off work and came to chilis to wind down and eat. I wouldn't even have to be a server to realize how unserious and bad our server was. Very poor service and couldn't even acknowledge us as costumers or people, so rude. Wasn’t even rude until our mixed friend got to the table. Do better

My wife and daughter went Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long before we were seated at a dirty booth, a large amount of napkins food and crayons were on the floor and some food on the seats. It seemed to be a problem to get it cleaned up. Once it was swept up I had to get a paper towel and clean the seats myself. We were 3 seconds away from walking out when a server came to get our order. He was very nice, we had our drinks in a matter of seconds and our appetizer in a few minutes. The food came out promptly and was hot and very good. Drink's were refilled and everything else was fine.

Pretty bad when it took me 10 minutes to get to the store to go pick up an order and I stood in the store for another 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the order and nobody greeted me or asked what I needed or who I was there to pick up for the whole time I was standing there and while I'm standing their customers come in nobody greeted these customers to have them seated so customers turn around and walked back out that does not look good on a business when you have customers walking out because nobody's greeting them at the hostess stand like they should be
