Food was good and came out reasonably quickly. We ordered the triple dipper , chicken crispers, southwest egg rolls. The order taking was quick but our server didn't stop back by to see if we needed drink refills. The food runners were helpful
Delivery drivers should avoid this restaurant. They aren't allowed to give orders to drivers until the food has sat out for at least 30 minutes to cool off. Long wait times, no help from staff. It's another restaurant that hates money and likes to throw food away.

We needed to use a gift card so here we are. It's been a few years since dining at Chili's (which was a favorite) quality has declined at least this location. Food was just so so as noted on the tab questionnaire. Our server seemed to cover two stations and did her best.Chili's will be a last resort for dining in the future. ?

The kitchen was really slow, but the food was good. We had the bacon ranch quesadillas. The service was just ok. She was nice, but only came back a couple times and our drinks ran out both times. You could tell they must be short staffed because tables weren't getting bussed very quickly either.

Our white female server with dark brown curly hair and a nose piercing who works behind the bar was very rude and overall a bad server. She forgot food and refills, she huffed when we asked her to do HER JOB and was overall very lazy. She had friends who were dining at the restaurant and devoted all her time to chit chatting with them. When all our food was brought out, we were missing a soup and told her, she said she would bring it out and we left without ever getting it.The mixed girl with shoulder length curly hair was absolutely AMAZING! She was so so kind and apologetic. She brought us everything we asked for and then some! We loved her service!
