SHOCKED…Man…. I’m a UT Alumni and used to eat at this chipotle all the time when I was a student. I graduated in 2018 and come back here occasionally.I was SHOCKED when I entered this store… what used to be a clean, enjoyable place where people would gather is now a dirty, sloppy, get as much out the door as possible place. It’s sad to see.. the kitchen was fully staffed but seemed to still not be moving fast enough. The food at the serving line was slopped everywhere. Food piled up around the bins, and spilling different ingredients into different bins.. like I said, SHOCKED, and grossed out…The staff was ok, a couple good friendly folks in a mix of people in a “whatever” type of mood.SHOCKED..

This is by far the worst chipotle (fast food establishment )I have ever been to, much less a Chipotle! They are usually at a higher standard... Granted the volume of college students that they serve is HUGE, the dining room was a total mess. Besides obviously NO ONE monitoring or responsible for the dining area it was filthy. There were no napkins anywhere, no ice, no straws, no lids for drinks nothing had been wiped down in the time we were there, it was gross.Granted the serving area where the food is was not disturbing and somewhere orderly. The food prep team was rolling as fast as they could and the line servers were pleasant when you ordered.The cashier was super hateful and rolled her eyes when we asked for chips, queso and a drink.We got food to go but, I can say with certainty that I will never be back to that store, ever.

Extremely sub par service and food at this specific chipotle. I was just given some mystery flavorless grease instead of salad dressing which basically renders this salad completely inedible and a waste of money and time. I don’t even know why I try to come here anymore.

Employees were rude and acted like they'd didn't want us to be there. Forgot to give me my chips and acted like wife's chips were mine although we both ordered chips. Seemed annoyed that we ate inside instead of taking the order to go. They closed the bathroom 2 hours before closing and kept telling everyone the bathroom was closed even if people weren't trying to use it. Told us multiple times the bathrooms were closed. Poor customer service. I'll avoid eating here in the future.

I rarely have a bad experience at Chipotle. It’s my go to fast food choice. I like that it’s healthy, organic and delicious! What else can I say? I keep returning to Chipotle wherever I find myself hungry.

Went to Chipotle for the 1st time in downtown Knoxville. The staff there were excellent, friendly and patient with me knowing it was my 1st time eating there even though they were busy. Loved the food and service. The gal who waited on me was pretty as heck also. 2 thumbs up with a backsnap!!!!

I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I’ve eaten at many chipotle many times. This one cannot get an order right unless you are right in front of them literally guiding them along. I order when I need quick meal after work for myself and my kid. Never get the right order ever. Have order some many times I can actually count the amount of times it’s been correct. 4 times. 4 out of at least 40 or more times ordering. This is the campus location.

Every time I have ordered online from this location it has been completely wrong. The receipt and sticker on the bag are correct, but my food is incorrect. I recommend either going in person or ordering from a different location.

I came here alot when it first opened but stopped coming here after getting bad service too often. Tried again recently but not much better - I got arguments from the staff that they won't give me diced tomato without onions for my tacos or give me cilantro (both used to be done by request without argument) and seemed confused when I asked about the chipoltle salsa.

It’s a typical chipotle atmosphere. None of them are any different, so that’s not relevant, but it is really frustrating to go in at lunchtime only be told we’re out of this we’re out of that we’re out of this by the way we’re only taking card payments, this particular location reeks of mediocrity. It is rare to actually get a full meal of what we want half of the time. The chips are stale more often then not This time they were out of the Carne Asada, out of the guacamole out of hard shells for tacos, and not accepting cash I had my card but still. What exactly are they serving besides bad service. I know it’s not the employees fault but it’s annoying as hell to go somewhere hungry and not be able to get the bare minimum of service

Celine Weeks

This chipotle was truly exceptional. So scrumptious that I am stopping mid bite to write this review. Chicken is melting in my mouth. The rice is making me feel things I never have before. I love this chipotle. I want to take this location home with me.
