Renovating men’s restroom, so there is only a single bathroom in the building. Interior walls are just plywood.

Wish I had read the reviews before going here for dinner, but I have been to many Chipotle locations in different states and have rarely been disappointed. Above all, this location is DISGUSTING. They are trying to take Chipotle back to the days when they were giving people food poisoning. Everyone who works there needs to be fired and management needs to start over with a new team that understands customer service and food safety, and uses common sense and hygienic practices.
Chipotle management—no need to reply with the “contact us” message; I did that before writing this review. This review is to add to the warnings other reviewers shared, with the hope that customers stay away. Just close this place down for a week and start over before someone gets horribly sickened!

Door dashed a bowl with guac that costed me $3.50 extra. The bowl came without guac.
Guacamole is extra. All sorts of it on the tables, just free and laying around though.
Employees will yell at each other at some point. Also free.
Time has no place here. Forget all you know about time.
Cant order and cheese quesidilla in store only online then wait 20 minutes also mens restroom closed had to use women's.

I think it's horrible that you don't have a way to do a cheesecidea. In store that you have to order it on the app. Do you know how much of a pain in behind him? That is when you have kids or people that just like plain stuff, we had to wait and do 2 separate orders ridiculous.

Let me start out by saying this. I am a 22 year old college student that is extremely non-confrontational, extremely easy to please, and very agreeable. I like to think that I am really kind and understanding in a lot of situations in my life.
With that being said, this Chipotle is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I told myself that I wouldn't write a review, because that would be too "karen-like" of me, but after my experience the last several times I have been there I literally have to stop going. For some reason, employees here have little to no social skills, treat all customers as annoyances and burdens, and sometimes will literally just stare at you when you ask them questions.
I'm not asking for a lot here guys, I don't talk a lot when I order. But there is one particular employee that I cannot stand. This person will audibly joke about the portion sizes being small to the customer, and then proceed to give you a portion size that is below even the standard that most other Chipotles give. I'm not primarily here to complain about portions, because a lot of the time they are pretty decent. But this one pink-haired employee treats every scoop as if it came directly from their paycheck. I am still extremely nice to this person and give them respect, but they have gotta get it together.
WIth that being said, this location in general has an employee attitude problem like crazy. I cannot overstate how many times I have walked in and interrupted their conversation and they just stare at me like I shouted like a maniac. I am extremely nice to these people too, don't think I'm some disrespectful boomer.
Look guys, I get it. I'm sure the average Chipotle customer can be upset a lot and probably disrespectful to an extent. But that does not give these employees the right to be straight up rude, condescending and pay 0 attention to portion size. I just ask that they use the same standard everyone else uses.
Based on other reviews, and other people I talk to, this is regarded as the worst Chipotle location in Knox. Y'all have gotta get it together.

Whenever you order, a lot of the employees treat you like you’re the worst part of your day. I just get mobile orders now simply because I don’t want to talk them. I can always look past a bad day, but it’s always a bad day. Not all employees are rude, I was treated very kindly by a cashier a few days ago, but those who are ruin the bunch unfortunately and leave a negative impression. The cleanliness is detrimental and the food is good when they have it.

Terrible experience. Didn't even get to eat. The server that built my order seemed like she did not want to be there at all. She was very short and almost rude. Didn't say "hi", "welcome", or anything of the sort. I asked the for one of the 2 braised beef options that were on large poster advertisements just above her head. She told me they did not have either of those options, did not explain why, and acted like I was stupid for asking. I settled for the chicken. Went to pay, and was told they could only take cash if I had exact change. I offered to forfeit the coin change, but they did not have enough bills to change $5.00 back for a $20. I will never go back to this store again.

All I do is come in and ask for a burrito but the lady up front was extremely rude and rushy. And I ask for a little more sour cream and she acts annoyed and process to wrap it messily and sour cream is all over the tin foil doesn't bother cleaning it up.
I go out to my car and eat just to find that the rice is dry asf.
I'm not the kind of person to go ask for a new one so I'll eat what I paid for but still.
I went in on February 10th at 2:50 pm. Whoever was working at that time awful job. Need better employees

Me and my Husband decided to give this place one more chance to not disappoint us. Of course they failed miserably. I placed an online order for a Brisket Burrito bowl and a chicken burrito bowl and I tried to order the chips and queso but it said, "No chips available". How do you run out of freàking chips? The brisket bowl had absolutely no brisket on it, they also left off the fajita veggies, corn salsa, and the lettúce!! On the chicken bowl they forgot the fajita veggies, lettuce, and salsa. I understand people make mistakes but I swear this is like the 3rd time they have completely messed up my entire order. It does no good to go back and complain to the manager because they treat you like it's somehow your fault they can't do their job correctly. I also tried completing the little survey that email you after you place an online order and where is the contact us if you have a problem or an issue I also sent an email to them about what happened and of course I've not heard nothing back and have been totally ignored it makes me extremely mad do you know how hard I work for my money and I might as well have taken $40 and threw it out the window I will never return to this restaurant again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know

The time is 8:22, and the sign on the door says it closes at 11.
After the preparation of our food had already begun, we were informed that they were out of items. (Good reason to have not chosen this restaurant).
We proceeded to the lobby to sit down and eat because eating Chipotle in the car is difficult.
Shortly after sitting down, we were asked to leave and that the lobby was closed. No wonder! It was disgusting. Need I mention that the kitchen was disgusting.
Maybe Headquarters should come to this location for undercover boss. They'd probably shut it down to re-train everyone or, even better, REVOKE the franchise.
We won't be back to this location.

This has always been my favorite restaurant. This is the closest one to my house and I use to go once a week. Now I never want to go. First, the restaurant says open until 11pm but it's always 8pm or earlier when I go in and they are already closing down the grill and lobby. The workers are rude and give VERY small portions. I don't know if I have seen a worker smile there in months. Very disappointing but this location is making my love of chipolte fade

Terrible decision to visit this location. Food was terrible and staff was rude. The restaurant was filthy. The employees told me I could only order my food online to get what I truly wanted. They refuse to sell me chips and the guacamole was brown. Do not go to this restaurant. Online orders should not take precedence over customers in your lobby paying just like everyone else do better and stop worrying about when your break is gonna come up next If you don’t wanna do your job, go home. Very disappointed. 0/10
