This was my son's 1st trip to Chipotle. He was a little surprised to find no ground beef on the menu, but, decided that the chicken tacos were pretty good. Thank you for giving him a different taste.

Why is this location ALWAYS terrible? Service sucks, like it’s an inconvenience for them to be at work. Food station is a wreck all the time, and I literally had to order my burrito online and order my other food at the counter because they only were making burritos for online orders?

Lady making the food was extremely rude. Slamming down utensils had a horrible attitude when taking our order. And got our order wrong. The cashier was sweet but the girl with the long black hair was absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job that much go get a different

After today I will no longer order be eating at this Chipotle. Last few times I’ve been, the employees are rude and act like they’re too good to wait on us. They are always running low on food and restaurant looks unkept. My daughter went to pick lunch up for myself and a co-worker and they were so rude she left in tears. Uncalled for.

They were out of three ingredients did not charge me less or give me a discount even at even though those ingredients were included in the price of the bowl. They also could only accept cash if I had exact change even though I was $.40 off they wouldn’t discount it to make it work. I did send a message to the corporate office. We will see if they do anything. It’s a shame I really like chipotle.

Store was closed yesterday with no warning on app when I made mobile ordering. Wasted half of my lunch break driving there just to see at least 4-5 employees inside doing nothing with a sign on door that said closed due to staffing. I’ve had my order done wrong multiple times here and it’s taken up to 45 mins after my time of mobile order before it was ready. They’re also consistently out of things such as cheese or drinks. Seems like piss poor management.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. There is no management or ownership at this place, if there was it could never be this bad. I will no longer eat chipotle. How can they never been ready to go when it opens. How can they be out of steak, fajitas, cheese, pico, and other stuff all the same time. This is just the most pathetic business. They also give you less portion of food then any place. No I am sorry we are out, its always we are out, thats why is isn't out here. I am sorry but this place needs to go out of business and restart with new ownership.
The lady in the glasses this is Saturday at 4 came in I love chipotle but she was just dumping stuff on my tray with the smallest portion of food and slamming my bowl with the worst attitude!!!!

Every time I go to this location I am always disappointed but today really takes the cake, After waiting in a long line and Building my bowl until the very end I get told that they are out of all of the toppings Located at the end of the line. Of course I Was not told that until I was already at the end of the line. Then, when I went to purchase my bowl, the customer service I received from the lady with pink hair was absolutely terrible. With the previous person she had encountered, I saw her rolling her eyes. Very disappointed.

I always order online so I can get the chicken quesedilla.. I love the hot salsa, but I can only eat a little. My boyfriend gets a burrito and they are huge! We generally share an order of chips and queso as well. The food is always ready on time, and our orders are almost always perfect.
