I ordered a bowl here and the only meat that looked edible at the time was the carnitas. I also ordered a bag of the $1.90 chips, which is a little less than half the bag in terms of the portion size. The chips were also stale. I went back and told the cashier and he offered me another bag, which also included stale chips. He insisted the chips were made that morning. I'd recommend developing a better system for maintaining the freshness of the chips.

Let’s be honest: malls aren’t community spaces, they’re profit factories wrapped in fluorescent lights and sensory overload. We don’t need more mall culture—we need places where people actually belong.

Now, about the food. My burrito was wrapped so loosely it spilled before I took a bite. No napkins in the bag. The chips were buried in clumps of coarse salt. And the queso? A cold, congealed yellow block dotted with sad red and green flecks.

American fast food shouldn’t feel like a humiliation ritual. But here we are, stuck in the red-white-and-blue mall machine pretending this is normal.

Today’s service was fast, efficient, and polite. The food was better than other Chip’s in the area. The staff was also better. Normally mall meals are not that good. We were surprised they were this good. Five of us ate and three ordered from the Chip. The dinning area is loud, but expected. The dinning area was marginally clean.

Ever since the Covid year, this Chipotle has really changed. I’ve noticed three times in the afternoon that the service area was a mess, the servers used their hands a lot to just push spilled food off the service line.
I personally don’t go there because of the sanitary conditions and also because they still charge the same but have cut their portions by about 20-25%.

The chipotle off cedar bluff is just the worst! They are always closing early and running out of food! For example right now, it was only 9:45 when we pulled in and the front doors were locked and you could only get food by ordering online! Not even a sign in the door! You had to go thru the side door! But this happens a lot! Not just tonight! Management needs to be changed really bad here!

Very good service

I get the mall is busy but all they did was stand around and talking laughing , and than finally got our food made and the workers gave me a dirty look when I asked for them to put it in a bag!Maybe teach your employees some hospitality .

Black beans and rice were crunchy, sounds like it was no fault of the staff as it comes in bags precooked, the staff reimbursed me one of our meals which was fair

After driving around looking for an entrance to the mail close to the restaurant, I was looking forward to the great meal I usually get at every Chipotle I have eaten at. I was so sadly disappointed. I got the steak bowl and could not even eat it. First, it was cold and second, every piece of steak I bit into was gristle. I saw the girl cooking the chicken on the grille and it was full of slimy skin. Very dissatisfied. I am hoping that it is just this restaurant and not all of them

This is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. They have one server making all orders and refuse to bring anyone else to help. You will spend about 25 minutes waiting in line just to get to the counter.
