I get the mall is busy but all they did was stand around and talking laughing , and than finally got our food made and the workers gave me a dirty look when I asked for them to put it in a bag!Maybe teach your employees some hospitality .

Black beans and rice were crunchy, sounds like it was no fault of the staff as it comes in bags precooked, the staff reimbursed me one of our meals which was fair

After driving around looking for an entrance to the mail close to the restaurant, I was looking forward to the great meal I usually get at every Chipotle I have eaten at. I was so sadly disappointed. I got the steak bowl and could not even eat it. First, it was cold and second, every piece of steak I bit into was gristle. I saw the girl cooking the chicken on the grille and it was full of slimy skin. Very dissatisfied. I am hoping that it is just this restaurant and not all of them

This is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. They have one server making all orders and refuse to bring anyone else to help. You will spend about 25 minutes waiting in line just to get to the counter.

Ate at the Cedar Bluff location, omg! This was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. We had a gift certificate to use, and we were so hungry, that's why we ordered(I wanted to just leave) . The trash bins were overflowing, food all over the floor, not one clean table in the place. Also, the entrance door looked like it has never been clean! If there weren't any roaches or bugs I would be shocked. WE WILL NEVER RETURN THERE. Shame on the manager and the GM and DM for letting this place look like this. Don't say you can't hired decent workers! Then clean it up yourself, set an example to what you expect.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one here because of the friendly service I received from a gentleman named Dominic. Anyone who services the public, in any industry, could take lessons from this guy. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, and always smiling - that's what it takes to deal with people. Thank you Dominic!

Laziest group of workers. The system is a mess. Ran out of chicken, and THEN put chicken on the grill. Every worker on their phones. Walking so slow even though there were 30 people in line. Several people just left. Ingredients were far from fresh. Management needs to be there at all time making sure it is run properly from here on out. It was gross in there tonight. And the laziness was brutal.

Just had a bite from the Chipotle at West Town Mall. The person preparing the food and the one working the drinks and cashing you out displayed some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Well done, guys!!!!

Best chipotle I've had!! The man working the register was so kind and we had a nice quick conversation as I was paying. The line was a bit long but considering several bands were there for a competition so I understand. It was cheap delicious food that filled me up for several hours with no room to spare! To spend $8 at good "fast food" and be full in this day and age is absolutely outstanding. I've never been disappointed with this Chipotle, the only reason I gave one star off of the atmosphere is because it was in a loud mall cafeteria. Overall wonderful experience! Can't wait to eat here again!

It's really gross and unprofessional when a MANAGER makes fun of their employee with a disability..... Nellie needs to be fired ASAP

Been going to chipotle for many years and it never disappoints. The Barbacoa needed replenishing so my bowl was a bit light. Employee helping us was just rushing us and no humanity. We ate outside and the tables weren’t terribly clean but overall it was decent! $20 for a barbacoa bowl with guacamole, regular fountain drink and a bag of chips. I remember when … lol

We love this chipotle. The servers aren’t rude and they are quick, and the food is good, although sometimes stale chips. I can’t think of any complaints here, but the wait is pretty long with the often long lines.

I must commend Chipotle at West Town Mall in Knoxville for being the most professional and clean of all the Chipotle spots in the area. Every visit has been on point, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff.It is always cleaner behind the counter than in other locations, even though they're usually much busier. The quality of the food consistently meets the standards I expect from Chipotle, and the service ensures a seamless experience. Kudos to the team for maintaining such a top-notch operation. This Chipotle is undoubtedly my go-to in Knoxville.
