We ordered double protein bowls for twenty-two people, and our bill was $353.70. There was barely enough rice for 10 people. We actually had to run to kroger and grab some packs of 2-minute rice to compensate. The staff was really unfriendly. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience for them. After I loaded up all the food ( which was not ready on time), I asked if they could ring me up for 2 sodas. They told me I had to wait in line even though nobody was currently being rung up. Honestly, their customer service is really quite terrible. I needed to order lunch and dinner for our group several more times while we were there, and even though we all like Chipotle and the locationwas super close to our hotel, I am so offended by the staff that I will take our business elsewhere.

Went to Chipotle ate and order another bowl for work I told them I wanted my roman lettuce separate in my sour cream in a cup cause its going with me to work I order brown rice pinto bean honey chicken fajitas cheese and lettuce on the side and sour cream on the side didnt want it all on one bowl because I was taking it to work in sticking it in the refrigerator the lady on duty over the employees tried to charge me for roman lettuce as a side after I specific said it goes all on one bowl but I wanted on the side cause I cant warm up lettuce and sour cream she heard me tell her employee that and charge me for extra side then she tried to charge me extra for honey chicken which the employee gave me a scoop of it that was small and the rest that was on the corner which it wasn't much I never asked for extra chicken I been going here lately with no problem on my gym days but I dont appreciate how I was done at all smh please do better then she gone say after I told her I never ask for extra chicken oh I can take it off the bowl for you like come on she heard me loud and clear look at the picture of the roman lettuce i was charged

Thought I would give Chipotle another try after quality/quantity diminished over the years. Used to go there multiple times a week years ago. First order of placed in a year and they added sour cream to my burrito, which, for most people would be fine, but I find disgusting, leading to throwing away my entire meal. Was in a rush, so can’t head back. Attempted to use the app which just offered a free drink. Guess I won’t be attempting to try Chipotle anymore.

There’s no toilet paper in the bathroom the lemonade machine is broken. I think the air conditioner is broken. This is the most ratchet upside down poorly managed. Chipotle I have ever been to.

The place was dirty, a mess and the food was not consistent with typical Chipotle. Even the kids were like is this an old location... plenty of people working but disappointing.

Absolutely filthy. The trashcan were all overflowing, the food service area was covered in dropped foo, the drink station was covered in trash and hadn't been restocked.

I was there for 20 minutes there were at a minimum six employees that I could see. There were two customers in the whole store and I ended up leaving because by the time they would’ve taken my order, I would’ve stood there for half an hour, just to order. If I wanted to spend an hour eating, I would’ve gone to an actual sitdown restaurant. It is currently 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I’m not sure what their employees there are paid to do and I’ve been to several of these locations and this by far is the worst one.

Have to start opening the bag in store at this location. Amazing in a time where portions are being trimmed and prices are rising that we can’t at least expect orders to be correct when they’re ordered online. There’s no pressure of face-to-face and 10-15 minutes minimum to prepare an order. It should be EASY to get it right.

I ordered the BOGO thru the app. When I got there just one order no BOGO. they were packed so I took it and left. Not happy !!
