I’m actually shocked that corporate allows a chipotle to be so rundown. This one didn’t have any lemonades, there was stickyness all over the drink station, the food kinda all looked mushy and old except the meat-The meat looked fresh. what the weirdest thing is it seemed like I was inconveniencing the workers that I was ordering like i got eye rolls after telling the lady white rice… chicken etc. I was very neutral like I didn’t do anything to make them pissed off. They were just rude. I can get past the rudeness, but it just seemed run down a bit. I probably won’t go back to this chipotle in fear that I will get food poisoning or something. Also they didnt have quac and that and the lemonade (those are hard things ti keep fresh) makes me think they are lazy here or this location is running low on money. But please dont cut out being clean.

Just went here it’s 6pm at night like 5 people in line I got a burrito a quarter scoop of rice guy spread it around and just made a scrawny line of rice on 2 sides of the burrito quarter scoop of beans half scoop of steak half scoop of pico quarter scoop of hot salsa kept asking for more kept getting same size my mom was getting the same treatment and we walked out by far the WORST chipotle in Knoxville and it’s pretty consistently bad will be in the area and try it and they are always out of something and give poor serving sizes the one on Cedar Bluff is SOOO much BETTER

This store is always out of ingredients. From grilled veggies to rice to chicken. When you ask them to cook and you'll wait they get a attitude 🙄. Google hours listed as closing at 11pm....Most nights if you get there by 8pm good luck. They have bare amounts of food that look like it's been up there sitting before covid.

This place has gone down hill. It was a mess. Trash was over filled. No clean tables. Slow staff. Two sodas were out. The whole soda station was nasty. Floors were unswept and gross. Won’t come back to this location. So gross.

What an upsetting experience! The location was all out of veggies, refused to make more at NOON (lunch time!), horrible service, management scrolling on her phone instead of assisting and then I was told they would not make more veggies until the line told them they were out…uhm okay so who needs to tell them?! And then they tried to charge me for double meat when I CLEARLY did not request double. Do better, Chipotle. This was awful. Stay clear of this location!
They were out of a lot, but just figured they would substitute with a bigger portion of what they did have. They did not. Workers were not very friendly and we had to sit outside while it was super windy because there were no clean “unoccupied” tables inside. The whole establishment was pretty dirty. Will not be returning.

Ordered Steak Burrito and was given a burrito big enough for a small child. Was easily 90% tortilla. Chips were cold and stale. Girlfriends bowl barely had meat in it because they didn't wait for more to come out of the kitchen. Entire eating area was filthy. Disgrace of an establishment.

When you see this worker, turn around and drive away. Might as well go next door to Cava than be helped by this girl. She is so rude and has given me and many others bad experiences every time I’ve come in. She treats customers like they’re stupid. She barely gives any food and needs an attitude adjustment.
