We picked up an order for 6 people, 3 of the orders were wrong. No salad dressing for a salad, no onion or bacon on a burger, mushrooms on a burger and no honey mustard sauce with that burger. Very disappointing.

We were seated in the bar area near 4 flat screen TVs. Restaurant was packed. We weren’t asked if the seating was acceptable. Little did we know that a tournament basketball was about to start. Had to shout over the yelling and clapping bar customers. Not my idea of a relaxing Easter meal. Disappointed in this chop house. Seemed old and not up to the standards of others we have visited in Knoxville.

One of my favorite places in Knoxville! Drinks are great, servis is terrific and the food is good (not great but good). I stop here every time I'm in town. Sit at the bar, get some drinks and a small bite to eat... you won't regret it.

Do to medical reasons The order was to go 4 meals 2 of which prime rib No au jus 1 missing baked sweet potato Just wanted a special meal and celebration and was sure this place could do it but left rather disheartened for you failed

My husband prime rib was undercooked sent back next one over cooked he had it several times no problem before,never refilled his tea my baked pot was good but not enough stuff in pot I got loaded pot took $10 tip automatically Iam firm believer in tipping but was lot for service that we as couples received they had one waitress for our table it was a party of (14) so needed another waiter to help her keep up it was very expensive and also we gave lot top money that night it's one my favorite places to eat but has changed lately use be best food not hardly any select in dessert had same ones forever just don't want to give up my favorite place hope things change for better ❤️

Excellent in every aspect! Mason was a superb server, the food was prepared to order, arrived at the table at the same time and was served to the correct person (without asking “who gets this?). He was attentive while not hovering and the entire experience was lovely. Our only regret was they have taken the beignets off the dessert menu!

Food was delicious! My son had the prime rib sandwich, his favorite, and it was amazing. I had their filet medallions special with shrimp scampi topping (sauce and shrimp was delicious), with a side of there blue cheese butter to add on. Service was great as well, and they had our table ready because we reserved it on OpenTable. I highly recommend this restaurant!
