Be careful this place steel your money, I bring my grandson on july 11th and bought a ticket by $33 for one hour, when I come back to my home I checked the bank account, they charged me $330 instead of $33 ,, I went to them next day and talked with them, they refused to refund my money and they told me you pressed 10 times and 10 hours by $330 , but I told them you can check the security cameras, I came 5pm and left 6 pm , they told me the security cameras didn’t work ,,, so how I bought 10 hours at 5 pm and the place close at 10pm ??? The manager told me it doesn’t matter what time you leave,,, be careful and don’t go to this place
We have done a birthday party here 3 years in a row. It is nice because they take care of all the decorating, they serve everything for you and do all of the cleanup. Price has gone up over the last year, but it’s around $30 a kid. They get unlimited games for 2 hours and then get to spend all their tickets for the goodies so if you did t want to do a goodie bag you really don’t have to. Price includes pizza drinks and dip n dots for the kids too. My kid loves the arcade games and it is much more affordable than someplace like tie breakers! The staff is always amazing and we always have a great party helper! Birthday kid gets to pick a friend to go in the ticket blaster with them.
Cool little place for kids. Get the second tier membership for 14 a month take the little guys anytime
We love it here, price is a little much considering the amount of food you actually get, but all in all it’s completely worth it just because the Grandbaby loves it as much as his Dad did!

It was a very fun birthday experience. They brought out Chuckee for the kids to hug and dance with. Instead of paying credits for tickets, we paid for an amount of minutes to play. Unlimited plays for so many minutes are a genius idea. Pizza salad bar and so many games to choose from. The kids loved it and had a great time. Defiantly biggest for parties or just a fun family day.

This location has a rude employee named Darryl, aside from him, we had a good time.

We waited in line for 25 minutes to order our food. And yes, I timed it! The food was OK, nothing great, and expensive for what you get. There were several games that were broken, not working properly. The poor guy that fixes them was running Ike crazy to try and fix them. If it were up to me, I wouldn't go back, but my kids enjoy the games.

The workers at this place were clearly absolutely miserable. Not one of them smiled at us. They consistently ignored us and one blond girl stood staring into space for a full 10 minutes as if reconsidering her life decisions. The pizza was dried out as if it had sat under a heat lamp for a while. When we asked to put the birthday boy into the ticket tornado thing the girl said she would be right there then spent 20 minutes at the ticket counter wasting the kids limited play time. And there is a guarded trampoline there that you have to buy socks for and a separate arm band which is just so crooked to have something right there that the kids can’t go into when you thought they could play any game with the birthday party package. They are standing there watching other kids jump so Of course they will melt down till you pay extra for it! That is a terrible thing to do to kids on their birthday!!!

Restaurantji Recommends
Just not as good as Showbiz Pizza. Took forever to place order, took forever to get food. Was absolutely not clean. One associate screamed at me for trying to get service. will not return. I will not recommend.

We love Chuck E. cheese! They were pretty clean and the pizza was very good.
The games were a ton of fun.
My only complaint is the new trampoline in the middle of the floor is kind of annoying. it’s an extra cost for a smallish trampoline set up, but at the same time it takes up enough space that it feels in the way.

We decided to have my little girl’s birthday party here. Unfortunately, I don’t feel as if we received what we paid for. Our package included a party host, however we served the pizza, ice cream, and ran around trying to get supplies- plates for extra pizzas ordered, additional place settings for children (that we informed them of upon arrival and were told it was no issue as we paid for them). When we did need assistance it was difficult to find the person who was our “host.” It was very unorganized and not worth paying $400. Ultimately my daughter had a good time with her friends and family, but we could’ve paid similar and received better service at one of the trampoline parks in the area.
We only had dip n dots. We went on a Sunday afternoon, it was very busy which is not a problem and to be expected for the day of week and time. But they were extremely understaffed. Only one employee at the register (who was amazing!), only one at the prize counter. A lot of games and photo booths were out of order.

Had a great time here with my family, and like that they do the monthly subscription/passes now. A bit pricey, but mostly worth it. They’ve updated the place a lot
