Be careful this place steel your money, I bring my grandson on july 11th and bought a ticket by $33 for one hour, when I come back to my home I checked the bank account, they charged me $330 instead of $33 ,, I went to them next day and talked with them, they refused to refund my money and they told me you pressed 10 times and 10 hours by $330 , but I told them you can check the security cameras, I came 5pm and left 6 pm , they told me the security cameras didn’t work ,,, so how I bought 10 hours at 5 pm and the place close at 10pm ??? The manager told me it doesn’t matter what time you leave,,, be careful and don’t go to this place
We have done a birthday party here 3 years in a row. It is nice because they take care of all the decorating, they serve everything for you and do all of the cleanup. Price has gone up over the last year, but it’s around $30 a kid. They get unlimited games for 2 hours and then get to spend all their tickets for the goodies so if you did t want to do a goodie bag you really don’t have to. Price includes pizza drinks and dip n dots for the kids too. My kid loves the arcade games and it is much more affordable than someplace like tie breakers! The staff is always amazing and we always have a great party helper! Birthday kid gets to pick a friend to go in the ticket blaster with them.
Cool little place for kids. Get the second tier membership for 14 a month take the little guys anytime
We love it here, price is a little much considering the amount of food you actually get, but all in all it’s completely worth it just because the Grandbaby loves it as much as his Dad did!

It was a very fun birthday experience. They brought out Chuckee for the kids to hug and dance with. Instead of paying credits for tickets, we paid for an amount of minutes to play. Unlimited plays for so many minutes are a genius idea. Pizza salad bar and so many games to choose from. The kids loved it and had a great time. Defiantly biggest for parties or just a fun family day.

This location has a rude employee named Darryl, aside from him, we had a good time.

We waited in line for 25 minutes to order our food. And yes, I timed it! The food was OK, nothing great, and expensive for what you get. There were several games that were broken, not working properly. The poor guy that fixes them was running Ike crazy to try and fix them. If it were up to me, I wouldn't go back, but my kids enjoy the games.

The workers at this place were clearly absolutely miserable. Not one of them smiled at us. They consistently ignored us and one blond girl stood staring into space for a full 10 minutes as if reconsidering her life decisions. The pizza was dried out as if it had sat under a heat lamp for a while. When we asked to put the birthday boy into the ticket tornado thing the girl said she would be right there then spent 20 minutes at the ticket counter wasting the kids limited play time. And there is a guarded trampoline there that you have to buy socks for and a separate arm band which is just so crooked to have something right there that the kids can’t go into when you thought they could play any game with the birthday party package. They are standing there watching other kids jump so Of course they will melt down till you pay extra for it! That is a terrible thing to do to kids on their birthday!!!

My kids love it! If you think you'll go 3 times, I recommend getting the fun pass. We got the gold one, which gives 250 points for games each day we visit and 50% off all food and drinks. It has more than paid for itself and the kids and I love popping in whenever we have extra time on our hands. Sometimes we only stay for 30 minutes, sometimes 3 hours... just depends on the day. The trampoline is extra but if you're going to be there for hours, it's also worth it.

We did our son's 7th birthday party here. The food was decent. The staff was friendly. We purchased the package were we were supposed to have a worker help. We always had to go looking for someone if something was needed. Chuck E. Cheese didnt come out till all of our guest were gone. So that was a disappointment. The kids had fun but we did not get what we paid for. So it was not worth it

I had my nephews birthday at this location and the staff was so rude and unprofessional I had a birthday party I had a full group and none of the children or adults were stamped upon coming in and not once was Chuck E. Cheese brought out and not once did any staff member ever ask for anyone to be scanned after we sat there for four hours and ordered 10 pizzas, ordered wings and drinks but upon leaving they didn’t checking anyone except for my party of people and demanded we show pictures of us with our children stating we could be “kidnapping them” then when I asked for the manager and proceeded to speak with her she was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for corporates number she said it would be as easy for me to get it as her off of the internet and when I asked for her district managers number and name she continued to state that she doesn’t have it and wouldn’t have it and when I asked for her general managers name she finally gave it to me but wouldn’t give me a number and then snatched a paper out of my hand and rudely spoke to me all because I asked for her name and her general managers name and number because of the service and professional in the establishment I also have a video of the rudeness and disrespect and how unprofessional the manger was being her name is Sydney and she said her general managers name is Scott and I will be calling corporate and management for the way me and my party were treated at a supposed to be a happy environment and we won’t be back after my nephews party was ruined with ignorance the staff weren’t ever up front at the counter they stayed in the back we had to wait multiple times for them to come to the counter and they gave us a difficult time about buying prizes there weren’t many people only my party and about maybe three other families I was very confused on why we received the horrible service we did
Very surprised with the level of cleanliness and organization. Far from the Chuck E Cheese that I visited as a child.
All machines were working and they seemed clean as well.
There are food and drink options as well which we did not get this time but might check out the next time we come.
Also, the facility uses an invisible stamp for each group that gets highlighted when leaving the facility.
