Salad bar was not edible even though I paid over 11 dollars.the kids had fun but it was super loud,hot,and overcrowded.

We had such a blast for my babys birthdays. And we had to add 7 more ppl to my party and they was acomondating with that. Definitely will be doing all my jida birthdays here!

What a rip off. A good portion of the games don't work properly, and the ones that do pay out 1-5 tickets at best. Good luck even getting enough tickets to get a 150 ticket sucker. Dirty inside and reeked of cigarettes. There's not longer any animatronic characters, no live characters, and they charge an additional $15 per child to jump on a trampoline that is small than most backyard ones and a playground that is on par with a fast food playland.

What happened to the Chuck E Cheese I remember we're you got lots of tickets and cool items to buy with your tickets. Every game you play you get maybe 2-4 tickets unless you hit the jackpot which is maybe 25tickets at the most. They should at least let you win more tickets then 1 at a time. They do have cute little booths to take pictures one is a sketch and one is a picture. The tickets go on a card now. It was a lot exciting seeing all the tickets you won come out of the slot. But things change . I just think back in the day was better.

It's cute for little kids...elementary and under, but best for littles. They added in a play ground type thing that they charge an extra $12 per child to go in to, which is crazy to me, but we just opt out. The monthly memberships are a pretty good deal but half the time, you can the card and it takes the credit but the game doesn't work.

Very pushy wait staff. We waited for more than an hour for the pizzas and wings we hadn't even received them yet and we were asked to move for the next birthday party, we told her we were still waiting for our food and she just stood there waiting for us to move. We were a party of 11 with a birthday boy. 2 of us got the salad bar but most of the items were out or wilted and when one of the staff was asked to bring more she rolled her eyes and said a bad word huffing. The ice was out and when another young lady was told she got mad and rolled her eyes and never filled it. Very unsatisfied.
