I I love it here it's so good they have really good food but it's really sad they took out the animatronics they said that a kid pulled Helen's microphone out of her hand and that's why they had to do 2.0 but overall that it's super good I remember when it was there it had a lot of old stuff it was like from the 70s and it's from the Pizza Time theater era I love it five stars I can't tell how good this is five stars a plus whatever you want to call it thank you for listening bye!Kid-friendliness: Actually super good they are nice kind I was surprised but that is a really good place

Ok I just want to give Chuck E Cheese a huge shoutout. We just had my daughter’s 7th birthday party there and they did a phenomenal job. They communicated with me throughout the week to confirm all of my preferences, and everything was ready to go when we got there. Larry especially was immensely friendly, helpful, and so patient with my daughter and all of her friends. Cooper was our party host and he was a wonderful, respectful kid! The place was clean, the pizza was tasty, and it was the easiest experience I’ve had throwing a birthday party yet. Highly recommend going on a weeknight. We were the only ones there most of the night!10/10 recommend ❤️

Though it is pretty pricey for a kid oriented restaurant, our grandson had a blast here. The food is pretty good.
Literally the worst birthday party we've ever had here and we've done a lot, almost 800$ for unqualified workers to do anything but help with our party, we even had to have them redo the birthday song and dance because my daughter AKA the birthday girl couldn't participate from all the chaotic and unorganized way they tried to do two other parties in the same area all dancing in one small area together instead of in they're own spaces.

Eh, the place definitely looks a bit disheveled since I took my niece last time, or even going as a child, since I've lived in Knoxville all my life. There was a long line on entering on a weekday. A very kind and compassionate gentleman working the entrance, who was getting pulled away from other customers for other needs that had already paid and entered. So, he has a very positive and kind attitude, but is wearing too many hats for one person. There was trash all over the floor. Some games wouldn't work. When I took my niece to get her prizes that she had won, the woman working behind the counter was on her phone. Then, she seemed peeved that we were interrupting her to get the prizes/toys. So, not a great person to have around children with the attitude she had towards me whenever I had a question. Wish I got the name of the very kind, positive, hardworking man at the front entrance to call his manager and sing his praises for him. Wish I also got the name of the woman working behind the toy counter; her attitude and lack of work ethic to grab a child's toy should not be okay around children. So, unfortunately, I will not be returning to Chuck E. Cheese. Sorry for the brutal, but honest truth. But that gentleman deserves a raise and a second pair of helping hands! I will find out his name somehow!

March 2 on a Saturday no bathrooms and drink machines are not working. I have asked to speak with someone in charge and nobody has presented themselves. Very disorganized and the workers are young so you feel bad to get mad at them when no manager will come forward. Will be connecting Don Dare.
