I had to ask her name. Even shared a laugh that our names were so similar. Cheyenne was one of the most helpful people I have ever met. Kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my rambunctious kids. When we walked up Cheyenne was immediate to acknowledge us. She took care in our experience and spoke to us as if we were real people! Keep this one please! She made our pretzel and cinnamon roll experience one to remember. Will definitely be returning!

Give 0 stars if I could. Teens working here are complete jerks. It was early December of 2021 when I walked in 2 hours before they are supposed to close and the lights were already off and the people were wiping down the counters. Walked up and said “oh, did you guys close early today? When do you normally close?” The girl rolled her eyes, sighed and said “WE’RE CLOSED! Better luck next time”. What? I didn’t even ask to order, I just asked when I should come back before! In high school I’ve worked in restaurants, clinics, fast food, retail, etc. and if I’m closing early, and someone walks in, I at least be polite about it and even ask them what I could get them if the kitchen wasn’t already closed. Also the manager of this place obviously doesn’t care at all. Look at all these poor reviews about the staff being completely disrespectful. Staff not changing at all and there isn’t even any explanation or apology for the behavior of their staff.

If I could give this Cinnabon store zero stars I definitely would. I purchased a gift card for my boyfriend’s birthday and we went to the Cinnabon in the mall and he wasn’t allowed to get a 6 pack of Cinnabons….the people working there said they couldn’t make any more but there was some in the oven! What kind of place that serves cannot make more? Awful customer service! Get your customer service together and hire people that is willing to help serve the customers!?

Been here multiple times. I wait in line to grab a six pack and then am told they are not selling six packs today, if you want a good experience from cinnabon go to a different location.

I wish I could give them a ZERO! The customer service is beyond HORRIBLE! I stood at the "order here" sign while the baker just looked at me, but yet he never acknowledged my presence by speaking or offering to help. He looked at the lady standing at the pretzel counter but didn't tell her there was a customer. We made eye contact again and he just walked off. The lady at the other register just turned, looked at me, never said a word, and she wouldn't move. She wouldn't acknowledge that there was a customer either. It was as if she was bolted to that register. I walked over to the pretzel area and said I'd like something from the other menu. She told me they're connected and I told her I already knew that. The only menu to see at the register that she was attached to was the pretzel menu. I wanted to show her what I wanted but she wouldn't MOVE! I tried to tell her what box of cinnamon rolls I wanted but she just looked at me. I finally said, "Forget it. I don't want anything anymore. I'm sorry that you're bothered." I saw the manager as I was walking around the corner and I told him what I thought about the laziness and rudeness that his workers exuded to customers. He offered to wait on me but at that point, the desire for a box of cinnamon rolls was gone. If you have to beg someone to take your order, it isn't worth it. I noticed that when I had to walk back by, someone else was at the register, and she had to actually move. However, it was too late to earn my business.
