The food wasn't as good as other Cook Outs I've been to. But they were open super late and right around the corner from the hospital where my son was so it was convenient and inexpensive.

Horrific wait times, nobody comes to the window, I knocked and waited and someone eventually took my order. I wish they wouldn’t have. That forced me to wait here for what felt like an eternity to eventually get my food. Absolutely do not come here. Can’t even go inside to eat. They made my daughters burger wrong 2 times, 3rd time I think they got it

This is on campus, Cumberland, and is BY FAR the most used restaurant, wrapped around building most of the time but they are on it! Fast, consistent, and friendly. Usually aren't in line no more than 15 mins with 5 cars ahead of you! And order is always right! And it's ran by young ones! College kids! Good good place!

Worst service ever and they don’t care. If you’re not in a car don’t go because they ignore the walk up window. Then they’re rude to you after making you wait forever as if no one even works there. Then it took damn near 20 more min to get my food after all the cars in the drive through came and went. Then when I said why have I been here 30 minutes just to get ONE tray from cookout, keep in mind I WAS THE ONLY PERSON OUTSIDE. They were not busy I was by myself lmao. This is worst cook out I’ve ever been too, go somewhere else on the strip
Burgers are always epic and fries are always hit or miss. Still a guaranteed good bite of grub no matter what.

If I could I would leave this place a 0 star rating. It is terrible never go here. Every time I wait for an hour for my food with people pushing and shoving me like get a life. My order is always wrong, they constantly put chili on my god damn cheese fries. No where in the words cheese fries does it say chili. They need to figure out a better system before I starve to death.

I just had a regular cheeseburger for a quick lunch. The bun was kind of tough.. overly chewy. If it had been a regular hamburger bun, I'd say it had been allowed to get cold, then reheated. Chewy like pizza crust when it's reheated the next day. I suspect itay be some special kind of bun. It tasted good.. was just chewy. The hamburg patty seemed quite small, especially for the price and on a considerably larger diameter bun.
Overall, it was a tasty sandwich, but for the expense, I don't plan on going back.
