Ordered shake 40 mins ago on a monday night at 8:10; there's 5 employees, and it's not busy; at 8:30 they asked what shake we ordered; at 45 we checked in with them and they said they would check on it. It's 8:55 now and we still haven't gotten the shake. Finay got it at 9 and they try to give it to us without a straw or spoon.

I order the 1 chicken Quesadill tray with fries and cheese bites. I don't think I had chicken on my Quesadill plus it was like burnt. I got like 4 cheese bites and 12 fries, if that. I have never be so disappointed with cookout but this was waste of my money and

Manager was extremely rude that was working tonight. He was like being all macho and puffing his chest. Kept threatening me with calling the cops. Dude needs to remember they are in Knoxville, TN and we are not rude to people because they think they have something to prove or having a bad day.

Chicken was unsightly! I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it didn't look edible. One bite later, I didn't feel safe eating it. The sweet tea was massacred with sugar. I like overly sweet tea, but this was basically just tea flavored sugar water. What a horrible experience and a waste of money?
