i decided to try out your restaurant for the first time and i already have a comment. i went thru the drive around 11pm or just after and ordered a Out West Style burger and cajun fries and a coke float and when i got home and sat down to eat the burger it was missing the bacon and no bbq sauce that was suppose to be on it and there isnt any number to call to comment to someone at the store. if this is the way your store is going to run i wont be back there ever again

Do not eat here. I saw a video from the last couple of weeks where a girl broke up a banana with her bare hands in a shake. The inside of the store is nasty. You are likely to get sick if you eat here.

This location has a major issue with food temperatures. At least 5 times in the last 2 months, I have received food (quesadillas, French fries, etc.) that was room temperature and chicken nuggets that were still cold/frozen in the middle. Because this location is drive-through only, it is difficult to address these concerns with the restaurant after receiving your order and leaving the parking lot. This is disappointing and, depending on how long food has sat at improper holding temperatures, unsafe.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Saw an employee in the drive through without wearing gloves wiping excess shake off of the cups and putting her hands in her mouth just to do it again, made several shakes like this and didnt wash her hands!! So unsanitary and disturbing!! Absolutely go somewhere else where the employees have a sense of hygiene!!!

We stopped in just to get milkshakes . They were great. One thing, I have as a suggestion is to give out pup cups . Several locations do this ,so my pup recognizes the restaurant and get super excited when we pull in, thinking she is going to get her pup cup. I have asked several times but at this location they do NOT give them out. To my pup , this is devastating. Because I'm a sucker for her puppy dog eyes , I give and buy her a vanilla milkshake of her own but she can only have about 4-5 oz of it . So what a waste
Do not eat here they literally will give you old food old fries old chicken tenders if you ask for extra sauce on anything their rude and will intentionally not put extra just to get a rise out of you do yourself a favor and go to dentons next door. I worked at cookout from 16-19 years old and if the employees had managers like I had no one in this place would have a job. They are very lazy. People pay for their food have enough respect to make it correctly the first time. I know how much portions are in the menu items due to me working at cookout so if I ask for extra sauce on my chicken wraps don’t be disrespectful and put the little portion of sauce because you don’t want to do your job. Also, the chicken tenders sit in a metal basket along with fries by the frie station and new stuff doesn’t get dropped until all of it is gone so yea ask for fresh tenders when you order always.

The food was good but I ordered a small cheeseburger plain hince the word CHEESEburger. I had to take it back 3 different times before they put cheese on it. The employees were very nice though.
I ordered 3 double big burgers cheddar style and 4 chicken quesadillas at 8:30 PM. I was very disappointed to discover that none of the onions on the burgers were actually grilled. The onions color and texture was the same as raw onions.

I was handed a raw Cheeseburger from kingston pike what type of cooks do you all have? You all have lost my business on food. How hard is it to cook regular Cheeseburger burger? Sad thing is the hamburger was done. How do I order these at the same time then one comes out uneatable? I can't upload a picture on my phone. Nasty raw food.

First of all I want to say that me and my daughters go to cookout on Cumberland all the time. We had to go to this one to avoid concert traffic tonight. Horrible. I got a hot dog and asked for mustard, and the rude young man at the window gave me honey mustard. He also roughly and rudely handed me sauce and tried to hand me a bunch of Ketchup in my hand. The fries were awful, and that's my favorite part usually. They were raw and the hamburger was chewy. I will never eat there again and pretty sure will never eat at another cookout. Be aware don't eat there. I spent 42.00 dollars and it was tragic.
