They gave my husband the ENTIRELY WRONG order. He was bringing me food on my lunch break that I’ve now had to miss because he has to take it back to the store and get it redone.
Edit to add: they knew they gave him the wrong order so they saved the right order in case he came back and now I’m eating a rubbery quesadilla and cold hush puppies.

This location is a disaster. Sat in the drive-thru waiting forever, pulled up to the window because no one was answering, and the employee told me to “go around again” just to take my order do your job. Terrible service don’t waste your time here.

This particular Cookout location is genuinely THE WORST! I’m guilty of getting Cookout usually 2-3 times a week because I love their shakes. This location goes out of their way to make you feel like you’re an annoyance when placing your order. This is also the third time in a row that Iv asked for extra M&M’s in my shake only to not get any at all, well I counted 4 total… literally the third time in a row. This isn’t a mistake - it’s very clearly done on purpose - I can only imagine it’s because they hate working there.. I really don’t know as I’m always super kind and polite, but never end up with what I actually payed for!
You’re also lucky if your order is ever right and when it is more times than not (like the order I just placed) the amount you receive for your sides (when ordering a tray) is always less than any other location. Absolute last time I go to this location. I’m done wasting money having what I ordered sabotaged while feeling like I’m being an inconvenience to them.. Each. And. Every. Time. It’s interesting because I’v never dealt with any of this at Cookout’s Parkside location. Highly recommend making the extra 10 minute drive to avoid the bad vibes and purposeful mess ups on your order at this Cedar Bluff location. They don’t appear to hate their job at the one off Parkside the way they do here!!

The food at Cook Out is always delicious and the value is tremendous! A burger, two elaborate sides, and a drink for $7.99 ?!? Try getting that anywhere else. And the food is made to order so it never sits and turns into hockey pucks. Try the Cajun Wrap as a side!
I wasn’t really hungry, but my husband sure was 😋. He ordered 2 🌭 corn dogs and a side of 🍟 fries. He absolutely loves Cook Out—it’s one of his favorites ❤️.
