I'll give them 2 stars because at least their food & drinks are usually ok.... but the staff is terrible everytime I've been there (whether it's dine-in or drive-thru). As a customer I always feel like I'm bothering them whenever I attempt to place an order. They are not only rude and uncaring but they always try to rush you out of the way and out the door. The staff at the Cook Out location on Kingston Pike in Knoxville are the same exact way. I only stop by there once every couple of months (often not even that many times) but the experience is always the same. That's why I'm totally done with that franchise.

So I don’t know what’s going on here but they’ve person that was working the drive through window I went to was rude as hell. Was being incredibly inpatient the car in front of us moved away and not even a second later this person is leaning out the window freaking out that we weren’t there already.
Plus our milkshakes were watery, so either freezer burned or bad mix.
Just disappointing.

Usually am a big fan of cookout, but this time after the Tennessee game me, my sister, my brother n law, and my wife stopped by and got chicken quesadilla trays, so 8 chicken quesadillas in total and not one of the quesadillas had chicken on it. I’d understand if it was like 1 or 2 of them but all 8 and not one single quesadilla had chicken lol? Come on be fr cookout be better people are paying money for this.

Such great food for fast food. Much cheaper than McDonald's and much tastier! Love the variety of milkshack flavors. All of the employees were super and in great moods. The positivity was catching!
