Such a fun and cool place ! We stopped in to celebrate our anniversary tonight and had a wonderful experience. The cookies are so delicious! We tasted them as soon as we got in the car. Highly recommend the red velvet and the sugar cookie covered in sprinkles. The customer service was great and the buildings presentation was gorgeous !

Cookie Plug in Knoxville TN - I bought one pixie junkie to try it out. Super yummy!! I then bought 9 dozen of the mini poppers (variety) for party favors at a baby shower. We put 3 popper cookies in a bag for each party favor. The cookies were fantastic! The service at the store was wonderful; I ordered a few days in advance and the cookies were ready when I arrived.

Service and atmosphere were good but the cookies simply were not. My husband got the assorted cookies (12 mini cookies/cookie poppers?). They were not tasty at all. Sadly, they tasted like the plastic bag they were sold in. My husband said they “taste like cookies made by someone who doesn’t know how to make cookies”. I was really hoping this place would be great.
