We had Copper Cellar/Chesapeake's cater our wedding in October and it was fabulous! Everyone loved the food, they took care of all things setup, and the food stayed hot - no small feat when trying to feed 160 people!
They even made us to-go plates to take home with leftover food from our wedding. We snacked on those for a whole week!

HUGE thank you to Tara and her team that did and absolutely phenomenal job catering our large customer appreciation for Preferred Pump! Despite a communication mix-up that we didn't have the correct date established, they pulled together a flawless job in a matter of 2 days! Everyone bragged about the food, and the friendliness of the staff. 6 out of 5 stars!

Spend almost two days going back-and-forth trying to plan a company meal and finally got confirmation the date, time, and everything was good to go. This was of course after I called and was told it would take another hour to see if they could fit us in on the date request. I got a return call saying that they could do it and worked out my menu, tightened details, confirmed address, and was told that a link would be sent to secure a deposit. Hours later I get a generic email saying "unfortunately we are unavailable for full service catering". Onsite catering was an important factor in reaching out to Copper Celler Catering due to us hosting many individuals in wheelchairs, thus needing to keep it onsite. I called and I was told that bunch of different excuses, such as the calendar is blacked out, the number of caterers are limited, yada-yada, when I finally just asked if we were bumped because a better sized party came along and got a "yeah". Fair enough - holiday time is tricky, but please... save people time and just be forthright and get your information straight before making someone jump through all these hoops. If you didn't want to accommodate us, though you have in the past, a "no" would have sufficed during the first 3-4 interactions.

My grand-daughter's wedding and reception was in Gatlinburg, TN. Patty Coffey, Calhoun's Banquet Mgr, handled everything. She was absolutely fantastic! We had 60 guests and all commented on how great the facility and the food was.Patty and her staff went above and beyond for us and we'll definitely be using this facility again in the future.
