Our service was terrible. We went to Cracker Barrel to off of Merchants. Obviously there were issues in the kitchen due to the wait time. We waited 41 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our food arrived. Our server was sweet but obviously new. She was not consistent on checking on her tables. Even saw a gentleman's get up from his table 3 times and look into the kitchen and then complained to staff. Apparently he had been waiting longer than my husband and myself. The food was good, better than the last time. We usually eat at Cracker Barrel once a week. The Campbell station store is the best in Knoxville. It's further away from our home but worth the extra mile or two.

The grits were crazy watery. I asked for my eggs over medium, and they didn't even come close. The biscuits were awful, and they used to be so good.I don't think I'll go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast anymore.

I like van camping on the road at cracker Barrel restaurants.

I ordered Grandma's Breakfast - my usual. All food was very good except for the pancakes. These 2 pancakes were half the normal size in both diameter and thickness. The pancake would not absorb the syrup.
So disappointing and not normal for Cracker Barrel.

It's an ok place to eat. The gift store has Halloween stuff out already and I think it's WAY WAYYYYY TOO SOON for that to be out!! The stupid demon statue was very irritating and noisy.....not pleasant shopping experience but the rest of the stuff is cute. The restaurant was VERY NOISY as well and had a screaming child right behind us. The steak tips and eggs were good though.
