My husband ordered fried chicken and the meat was very tough. Our wonderful waitress offered him a different boneless fried chicken, but it was also tough. Either it was cooked too fast or it was just not good chicken to start with. We go to the Cracker often, and have never had food like that before. Waitress did everything she could to satisfy us and was very pleasant.
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses a walker. This was the first time we ever found the curb cut for him to use. There is no curb cut on the front of the building.

It was my grandson’s birthday and that is where he wanted to go. Everything was great except for his eggs. The white wasn’t cooked and he wouldn’t eat them and wouldn’t let me send them back. Pancakes were fantastic!

Recent visit for breakfast was very disappointing. Bacon was the best thing. Eggs were served just barely warm and were small. Pancakes were barely warm and had little flavor. Country fried steak was so so and white gravy was not good. The biscuits were delicious.

Not what it used to be. Roast beef came on top of mashed potatoes with gravy in a bowl. It was presented as a bad bowl of sloppy soup. My shrimp and grits was too small of a portion, but that's okay because it wasn't that good anyway. I asked for a bowl of greens to help fill me up and was brought a small side serving. I gave up.

Why is gravy not a side when you order 2 sausage biscuits. The waitress told me that gravy would have to be an up charge. I said ok and then when she brought my gravy it was maybe a tablespoon in a little bowl. Come on Cracker Barrel you can do better than that with all your business. I told her and the manager that I would go down the street to IHop and they said that was my choice. I know I’m just one person with 5 siblings eating weekly at this Cracker Barrel but no more. They won’t miss us. Hope someone else feels the same way and will post like I did. I’m going social media everywhere I can find an outlet.

The so called new menu is not the best. They have taken some choices away that may not been popular but was why liked to eat there.

Seems like the people that work here don’t wanna work. Overheard ladies in the shop area that are employees talking about how they just started and already want to leave. Our food was cold, it was Saturday 3/8/25 around 1 pm our waitress came and refilled my husbands cup 1 time and that was after our food got to the table. It was really hot in the building as well. Second worst trip to Cracker Barrel here. Other time was around 8:00 and no one was in there but it was taking them forever to get us anything. Like we know u close in an hour u would think of rushing.
Usual eat breakfast there most Saturday. Always great breakfast. This Saturday was as bad it could get. Meal sent back because it was cold. Biscuits hard as a brick,grits runny.

delicious the biscuits and gravy are good, the fish and chips 🍟 😋 delicious, the fried chicken 🍗 delicious. The cheese burger 🍔 delicious, the chicken and dumplins also delicious. Highly recommend everyone to try CRACKER BARREL.

I've never had a. bad meal at this Cracker Barrel. We were served well and the food was great. That's one thing I appreciate about Cracker Barrel is that there is consistently good food.
