Just not what it use to be. We were seated quickly but the table area was very dirty. The table had been wiped off but there was trash and pegs from the game on the floor. Our server was not rude but not attentive either. Some menu items were not available. We left full but disappointed.

Cracker Barrel in East town is amazing ...they never changed anything at this location, and the staff is working as hard as ever and suffering w empty rooms and tables, help them out, go eat a Sunday supper again

Service was very slow. We probably waited 10 minutes before we were greeted and drink order was taken. Even after asking for biscuits/cornbread early, they still were not brought for quite some time, so we asked again. Food was okay, not a fan of the recipe for the brown gravy.

Sadly, food quality has declined tremendously. The passion for greatness that used to be present with the five star waitress staff is now all gone

Biscuits and bacon were both burnt. Tried to use the scan and pay directly from receipt, but kept getting error message so we went to the cashier to pay and today our bank shows we were charged twice.
