Update; what's happening to the quality of food? Ate there yesterday (12/13/2025) and the bacon was tasteless, pancakes over done and what happened to free biscuits with your meal?

We had to wait 30 minutes just to PLACE our order and 70 minutes AFTER that to get our food! The food was not hot at all and a couple of people in our group had to wait 10 additional minutes for their food! Needless to say this location has lost our business!!

The hamburger bun was saturated in grease, the baked potato was cold & overcooked, the butter wouldn't even melt
I've never had such bad food from them, the waitress only offered to replace the bun, she seemed to be in a rush.

Sat in front of the fire! So nice! Perfect service. I got the NY Strip, seasoned nicely, but had a few tough spots. Sides of sweet carrots and steak fries. They were delicious, but the amount was disproportionate to the steak. Needed a little more honestly. Otherwise, Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel. Always good, always fun to explore the Store.

Cracker Barrel used to be our favorite place to go for a good meal. Sometimes the service was slow which is to be expected with any busy restaurant but the food was always good. Now the service is horrible and the food is just so so.

Cameron was our waitress this evening and she was an OUTSTANDING server. Having been in the service industry for over 25 years I grade hard- Cameron greeted me quickly, did not miss napkins, straws, refills (❤️🙌) checking in, thoroughly asking particulars when we ordered, following up with if we would like a drink to go… EXCELLENT SERVICE, CAMERON!🤩 Thank you for an enjoyable supper.
I enjoy visiting Cracker Barrel locations, this location however was out of Nashville Hot for the chicken strips which I was trying for the first time and they were out- bummer- overall, the great service, good food and atmosphere made up for it.

I chastised them for daring to think they could go all woke on us, but praised them for coming back to the real world.
The food was just as old-fashioned, delicious and satisfying as I could have hoped. I admit it, I love their meatloaf.
