Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This location was pretty good. The food was good. The service wasn't the best, but also wasn't terrible. I'd recommend eating here. So check it out.

We went to our local restaurant Sun afternoon after a long day at work we were seated then it was terrible day there for 5 to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were waiting at that time we should have left another waitress came over and took our drink order and said she would get it our server then about 5 minutes later the server came over like she wasn't supposed to have the table so acted like she didn't even care. We ordered since we had plenty of time to look at menu ordered sampler and homestyle chicken with stuffed 20 plus minutes we get our food the sampler was barely warm chicken was over cooked mashed potatoes were cold biscuits hard we got white gravy which was water our drinks were watered down from waiting didn't get anything else she finally comes back and ask if we needed anything else we said the check we said it wasn't very good she said sorry not let me get the manager or anything. Just people that don't care at all should not be working in food service will not be going back that's for sure. These restaurants need to do better that starts with management as well. Don't waste your time and money like we did.

When you go in you are greeted with a hello.
Then you go and stand in line with no one in front of you to get a table after a few minutes the guy decides to seat you.
Then you are seating there waiting and waiting for a waitness you asked if you have a waitness and behold she was right there
How fun was that then after 5 more minutes your food is there.
So don't go in a hurry

My experience was excellent, however, at 6:00 pm, there were out of Campfire Pot Roast, biscuits and cornbread, and rice. The table beside me never received any bread. I ordered the lemon trout and three vegetables that were “dip items “, thus hot and fast. The manager on duty was on damage control in the dining room.

Order food, waiting for almost an hr to get it,
Nothing on my plate was right, sent it back. Everyone else’s was ICE COLD, no one could eat anything. Had a terrible experience dealing with the manager. She refused to accept accountability even after being told multiple times we didn’t eat the food, we’re not buying it. Kaitlin Fields is the manager on duty, was absolutely horrible to deal with and had a terrible attitude. 0/10, wouldnt recommend this place. Management needs serious work

Stopped here on our recent vacation. Food and service were good. I highly recommend the sirloin tips, delicious!

Tenders were okay. Hashbrown caserole had sat out for awhile and was a smaller than normal portion, my fries were good but only recieved maybe 7 fries. Carrots were good. My friends fries had hair on them after she had to request them since they were forgotten. We recieved 1 refill the entire time we were there after waiting 45 mins for our food. The server was terrible. Several patrons arrived after us and recieved their food at least 20 mins before we did. The manager on duty was awesome though and handled everything very professional and friendly.

They honestly couldn't cook a steak medium rare
Waiter didn't wanna do her job and had a terrible attitude but it's okay we tipped her around 18 spent 100$ for shitty food and etc.
