Normally we have a good experience. However the last time we went not so much.
Good food just a little slow bringing the food out.

The staff was VERY nice the food was VERY good and filling I got the bacon 'n' egg hash brown casserole IMMACULATE if there was an option to give 20 stars for the general rating I would recommend this to anyone who wants a meal that tastes like home

We visited for breakfast today, and had a very bad experience. We were greeted and sat fine, but then our server didn’t know we were her table and waited for her to notice us for more than 10 minutes with plenty of servers and an absent minded manager walking by us several times. My wife finally brought it to their attention and the server took our order. We then waited at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and it arrived wrong. Our server did what she could, but was obviously overwhelmed with no support. We have had plenty of good experiences here, but this one will ensure we will not return. If you’re traveling, I would urge you to try any other restaurant in this heavily restauranted area as this kind of stuff comes from poor management.

The food I ordered , fish fry was not good at all , the chicken dinner was cold like it was taken out of the refrigerator. I had 2 orders of okra, there were 11 pieces in one and 13 in the other, they were $ 3.09. I was stunned.
The macaroni was cold . I ended up throwing most of it out. This was the worst visit I’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel ! I would give it a
1 out of 10. I live only 5 minutes away, as I had take out.

We stopped for dinner after a long day of travel. The host, SHAWN, was rude, distant, and awful! He did not great us or the couple behind us. I finally told him we needed a table for 2. He did not acknowledge us and continued to stuff menus as if his life depended on it. We were finally seated in a timely manor.
Our server, LINDSEY, was delightful. She was friendly and attentive. We ordered the trout and breakfast. Both were served in a timely manor and were delicious.

I placed a door dash order. The order on my receipt was correct but what was inside the bag was all wrong. No order of dumplins, no butter or syrup for the pancakes and no utensils. I won't waste my money again.

Food was a disappointment. We have eaten at Cracker Barrel many times and found yesterday not up to par. The portions were small. The food was cold. The taste was off. It will be a long time before I return to Cracker Barrel especially the one in Cedar Bluff, Knoxville.

Good food but entre portion sizes keep getting smaller. We have ordered to-go many times and they have forgotten to include items every single time. It's astonishing how consistent you are at poor service.
We were fortunate enough to have Grace as our server. Fried chicken was over battered, apples were mush. But having a great server makes adequate food exceptional.

Worst visit ever! I was the only one in line to be seated & it took the staff 5 minutes to acknowledge me. When I finally did get seated it was another 5 minutes before my waitress came to the table to get my drink order. I had to tell her that I was ready to order. I ordered the country boy breakfast & my waitress said I will have to check to see if we have any biscuits. We've been out for a while now & she walked away. 15 minutes later she brings my breakfast with cornbread. Keep in mind 1 of the side items that comes with this $15 plate is biscuit & gravy. As she sets the cornbread down she simply states yeah we were still out of biscuits so here's cornbread!!! Now if she had come back & said yes we are still out of biscuits. I would have ordered something else. About half way thru my breakfast she brings biscuits & gravy. The biscuits were cold! Never got my tea refilled. I also asked for an order of the $5 take home meatloaf & macaroni & cheese. Never got that. I waited & waited for my check. Finally she brings it. I go to the register to pay. The guy at the register never said hello, how was your meal nothing except you got a rewards with us. I said 865 & he points to the card reader. I type it in, tap my card. He handed me a receipt & turned away from me. Never got a thank you, kiss my butt nothing. I call corporate to make a complaint & the recorded message said to go to crackerbarrel.com to interact with customer service. So I do, just to type all this out & the ai bot responds I only answer little questions anything else I can help with. I responded no but I will not be back. Response was let me get you a live agent. The live agent comes into the chat only to ask me what I was contacting them for. I responded so I have to retype all of my complaint again. No response from the live agent. I said hello, nothing showed starting to type then stop. I then said anyone there still nothing. Just showing starting to type then stop. After 4 minutes live agent finally states that they were trying to read the previous comments. I said would have been nice if you had said that. I then stated that I was done with cracker barrel. She offers me a free meal & asked if that was acceptable. I said no I am still done with cracker barrel. She then offered me 2 free meals & asked again if that was acceptable. I said no I am still done with cracker barrel to be disrespected by everyone in the restaurant & being disrespected by customer service no. She said do you want a refund. I said no cracker barrel needed my money more than I did and ended the chat!
