Crispy Cones - Knoxville

This has been my family’s go to spot for the past couple weeks and everytime we have gone it has been amazing! We went tonight and had a horrible experience. The employees were so rude that it ruined the whole experience and we couldn’t even enjoy the cones.There was one employee who was the rudest and she was the one who took our order. As soon as we walked in she was rude. We will definitely not be back.

Nice place. I love all the options!! Soft serve ice cream with Nutella…and toppings… and it’s in a firm but fluffy cone.

Was wanting something sweet and found this place. Arrived at 12:45pm as the Apple Maps said they were open at 11am. Walked up and it was locked. Looked on Google Maps and it stated it opened at 1pm so we waited and got Taco Bell while waiting - at 107 we walked back up to the door and they are still locked. Young girl inside would not come to the door to tell me when the official opening time was nor unlock the door and as we were leaving at 1:16 she went and unlocked the door. Will not be back. Dairy queen is better anyways.

Rebecca was amazing! She was alone and attended to so many customers and was very quick! Amazing place I’d come back for sure

Sunday hours are a lie. Not only did the girl angerly only put two swirls on my cone but she locked the door at 8:57pm on a Sunday. The product is delicious but the staff has gotten rather rude and lazy. Not comfortable with the price for half the product the machine even shows.

Never had anything like it before! Absolutely declious!!! The lady working was so kind and helpful! We will be back!

Fun and unique little place. Super yummy cones, and mid ice cream. The problem is that you can’t spoon the cone but there’s a hole at the bottom so you can’t pick it up to eat. It’s a mess😂

Crispy Cones has delicious cones and ice cream. Now it’s my husband’s and I favorite ice cream place in Knoxville

Had the swirl in a cup with peanut butter cup and brownie! Very rich and tasty!

Left a review once already about customer service but I also included the icecream was good, tried it again and I’m actually lowering my rating. I don’t think Iv ever been somewhere with such poor customer service, seriously.

Delish cookie dough soft serve!! It was incredible! The cone, however, was definitely not as delicious as I expected it to be. It had a citrus taste, different texture that I expected, and was super sweet.
No more cones for me, but I will be back for ice cream!

Delicious and very friendly owners. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

Delicious icecream and cones

The store looks nice and clean. But $10 for a small amount of ice cream with a cinnamon kind cone is quit pricing. Plus Taste is just okay not special. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Honestly the cones are great…if you can get them. We went in person to get the Dubai chocolate cone and we were unfortunately unable to get it due to not accepting cash. You have to download the app to get the cone you can’t just order it at the kiosk. We even tried the website to order but it’s an app only thing apparently. Also the customer service is extremely disappointing. Went twice and was not greeted once as well as when we get acknowledged it’s usually with an unkind tone. It’s disappointing because these cones are really good.
