Crispy Cones has delicious cones and ice cream. Now it’s my husband’s and I favorite ice cream place in Knoxville

Had the swirl in a cup with peanut butter cup and brownie! Very rich and tasty!

Left a review once already about customer service but I also included the icecream was good, tried it again and I’m actually lowering my rating. I don’t think Iv ever been somewhere with such poor customer service, seriously.

Delish cookie dough soft serve!! It was incredible! The cone, however, was definitely not as delicious as I expected it to be. It had a citrus taste, different texture that I expected, and was super sweet.
No more cones for me, but I will be back for ice cream!

Delicious and very friendly owners. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

Delicious icecream and cones

The store looks nice and clean. But $10 for a small amount of ice cream with a cinnamon kind cone is quit pricing. Plus Taste is just okay not special. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Honestly the cones are great…if you can get them. We went in person to get the Dubai chocolate cone and we were unfortunately unable to get it due to not accepting cash. You have to download the app to get the cone you can’t just order it at the kiosk. We even tried the website to order but it’s an app only thing apparently. Also the customer service is extremely disappointing. Went twice and was not greeted once as well as when we get acknowledged it’s usually with an unkind tone. It’s disappointing because these cones are really good.

We went to get a Dubai Cone and was turned down because they wanted us to download an app. Even though we had cash and credit card they wouldn't sell us the stupid ice cream. Customer service is terrible. We will never go back. I never leave reviews. This place sucks. Too bad we can't leave less than 1 star.

Imagine not accepting cash or accepting orders for dine in through the website. Total waste of time on gas.

When I say go here, I mean go here yesterday!
This concept, inspired by a 300-year-old European tradition, is truly something special. It’s such a unique and delightful experience. One bite of this delicacy, and you’ll be hooked.

Now, full transparency, it’s a little tricky to eat. If you dive straight into the ice cream, you’ll fill up too fast and miss out on the real star: the base. So here’s my pro tip (and yes, I might need to copyright this strategy): I flipped it over, scooped the base into the black cup, kept the ice cream in the clear cup, and ate them with a spoon. Before long, everyone around me was copying my method!

Jokes aside, the team here is clearly passionate. You can see the care and love in each handcrafted cup as they prepare it right in front of you.

Already looking forward to making this a weekly tradition!

I tried the Cocoa Chalet at Crispy Cone. The ice cream and cone were both really good! But inside the cone, it was mostly just peanut butter, which made it feel a bit boring after a while. The place is kind of small too, but It’s still a fun treat to try!

Absolutely delicious! Worth driving out of our way to enjoy this unique treat. The staff was incredibly kind and we enjoyed every bite!

Ice cream is good but the service couldnt be worse. Only for adults, kids are not appreciated or welcomed :)

It was fine, tasted good. You have to order on a tablet, but then they charge a convenience fee. No cash. $10 for icecream in a thick doughy cinnamon sugar covered cone. The people working were unenthusiastic and all but ignored us. Again it's fine but just fine not memorable.
