Get yalls phone to work, because I would've made more orders in the past if I could call ahead. I'm probably not the only one. Great food

I had the good fortune of trying the fare from Cubish after KCS in-service, and the flavors were exactly what I needed. I had the street corn and some beef tacos, both were clearly served with passion for authentic flavors. The street corn had a beautiful balance of flavors, and the tacos were a great complement to this. If you find the time to eat from here, you will not be disappointed.

Would love to have tried this food trailer but he left us hanging. He was supposed to have served our school(4 schools) for teacher appreciation week but left because it was too windy. A lot of folks left unhappy and hungry.

Is this place good? I wouldn't know. Because he left. Without telling anyone. Because it's windy. You read that right windy. #hungryteachers

I got the opportunity to try Cubish at the central filling station and it was amazing. The wife with her adorable baby helped explain any unfamiliar foods and told us what was in each dish. Overall was a great experience and can't wait to try out the different dishes.

Ate from the Cubish Food Truck, during my lunch, at Comcast. I had never tried a Cuban-Irish fusion, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Bangers (All-Pork Sausages) and Moros (Cuban-style rice and black beans). The price was only $7.00, so I didn't expect a large quantity of food. What I ended up with was the perfect amount of the most tasty food I have just about ever eaten. They have several sauces, including the sauce I tried - Honey Mustard, which was amazing in its own right. The meal melted in my mouth, not to mention while waiting, had very good conversation with both owners. If you haven't tried this food, if and when you do, I promise you won't be sorry. Big thumbs up to these folks and I hope they continue to stop by my workplace!

Cubish is great! One of the best food trucks in Knoxville. Try the Cubish sandwich, or Tamal, or anything on the menu. It's all good. Thank you

You can't always judge a book by it's cover. That's a fact. Walking up to the entrance of Alliance Brewing, I saw this little cart parked in front. My first assumption, was that they were selling hot dogs. Upon further inspection, I realized that this was the Cubish Food Truck. With their menu posted for the world to see, I realized what that meant. Cubish is a fusion of Irish and Cuban food, and it's effing delicious! After grabbing a beer and perusing the menu, I went with a recommendation from the owner: Ropa Pie. This turned out to be their take of upside down shepherds pie. A bed of rosemary mashed potatoes covered in slow cooked cuban beef with peppers and onions. I was completely blown away! The beef was crazy delicious and fork tender. I was also lucky enough to sample some of my table mates' noms. Everything was incredible. What seemed like it might be strange combinations on paper, turned out to be fantastic blends of very different cultures of food. Try the plantains. Definitely get the ropa pie. Also, make someone in your group order a Cuban Rueben so you can have some. And whatever you do, don't overlook this cart!

This is not your average food truck fare. This is a combination of super-tasty comfort food and very interesting flavors. So good!
