Love the burgers here very fast and courteous well priced.
Only place open that we could find after a snow storm. Restaurant was packed and drive thru was very long. Employees were working very hard, running out to cars, positive attitudes, and making customers happy. That is hard to find these days! Keep up the great work.

My first experience of culver's, unfortunately Burger wasn't for me, it was too bland... fries and onion rings were pretty good though. However, all employees on the floor and register were very professional and polite, especially Owen was very very professional!

So much salt on the pecans for my turtle sundae, I couldn't even enjoy the ice cream. Ended up scraping half the nuts off just to make it through. Usually, it's wonderful.

Anna mgn tonight was super rude she was yelling in drive through at a lady w a door dash order very unprofessional n was not okay on how she was speaking in front of other customers n long lines - very disappointing unnecessary n very unprofessional to make such a big scene

My husband had been hearing someone from work talking about this being their favorite place to eat. We saw it today and we were like, Let's try it! It was very busy inside and now we know why! I had a grilled chicken sandwich on rye, cheese curds, drink and 2 scoops of the chocolate yogurt in a sundae with hot fudge and bananas. My husband had 3pc cod dinner that came with the fries and the drink and for dessert 3 scoops vanilla yogurt with caramel sauce. Was very good and you get a LOT of food for the price 😋
Genuinely the best burger I have ever had! Custard is amazing. Only slight issue is the table I sat at was not completely cleaned. Would definitely recommend!

I’m not sure if this location just replaced all their staff with brand new hires, but this is the third time in a row that they have completely messed up my order. Come to this location if you want to pay extra for additional toppings and sides that they completely ignore. Last time I went they somehow forgot both of our sides and drinks and when I went inside and politely asked them to get me right some girl with a septum piercing got a gnarly attitude with me like it’s my fault they messed up my order. Tonight they missed all the toppings on my burger (including bacon I paid extra for) and my side, and the marinara sauce they charge you for cheese curds. Not only is it comical to charge somebody for marinara sauce with their curds, but totally forget it too? Establishment used to be a great fast food restaurant in knoxville but it’s been a total joke as of late. Didn’t even want to go back inside and have them correct my order because I didn’t feel like dealing with rude staff again. Yall need to get it together 🙏

This is one of our favorite restaurants! Our whole family loves the custard, and the kids' meals are awesome deals!
My son loves the crispy chicken sandwich. I love the butterburgers and chicken strips.
I noticed they added steamed broccoli as an option, so I opted for it and it was delicious!
The service is not very fast, but it seems much faster through the drive thru rather than ordering in (even to go).
