One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After spending almost $100 in food, the employees showed lack of respect, lack of common courtesy, lack of any kind of hospitality and terrible service. Manager (whose name I I didn’t get a chance to get due to her threats and intimidating nature) . When I was some friends and had ordered some food, waited over an hour and a half for the food to be finished we just got our food and started eating. We needed some napkins so I went to the counter to grab some napkins nobody was there. I tried to get attention of the young gentleman that was not Bothered by me at all. After him not answering, I peaked to the side of the corner of the counter, just to see if the napkins were where I can easily grab them, so I’m not disturbing the employees. Young lady came charging at me from the back yelling, explicit language and asking me if I had come behind the counter. I asked her for some napkins and that’s what I was looking for. Her response was if you needed some napkins all you had to do was ask. I advised her that I I had done that and to no avail her response to that was that I needed to say it was less attitude. She continue to question me if I had come behind the counter. I really had no idea what this had to do with anything as I have not come behind the counter. I’ve explained that to her, and I’ve told her I just needed some napkins. She then started cursing at me and my friends and calling us all sorts of names . When I asked if the manager was present, the manager showed up and she was the most hateful unkind not service friendly at all person I’ve ever met. She proceeded to talk down to me and call me names, including horrible vocabulary that I don’t want to mention here . We’ve spent so much money going to this place and enjoyed that it was open so late, it was so disappointing to see the behavior of these employees that night, and I can tell you this I will never be back and I hope that no one experiences this mistreatment again.

Small and unassuming, darn good calzone. My son and I split the Italian Zone, and it was fantastic! It certainly left me wanting more. Probably the best calzone I’ve ever had. Thin and crispy dough around gooey cheese and thin sliced ham, salami and pepperoni. The marinara on the side is as wonderful as advertised. Perfect for something good and late, not as heavy as you might expect.

Thank you to the staff for dealing with the issue appropriately. Personally, I’ve not been to DP dough but I will become a regular after reading this. He should be grateful that someone like me wasn’t there, his filming would have turned into a colonoscopy

This place is a joke. Horrible service. I’d love to tell about the food but I didn’t get to have it because they took so long. They followed that up with lies about wait times and in store interactions. Whoever is managing their phone calls on the evening of the Super Bowl is clown and a liar. All in all, we got no food and no refund after they admitted they were well over the pickup time. Thank you for ruining my life.

Very unfortunate experience with the manager on absolutely refusing to refund me the 45.11 on the food I ordered. We never we even ended up picking up the food. Kindly asked for a refund since we were frustrated with how long the wait time was and knew we had a very long drive home and couldn’t wait any longer. I tried to be absolutely as nice as possible about the situation and was met with short comments and refusal on their end to give me my money back.

We came here for the Morgan Wallen concert and happy to see a friendly place. I use to eat Dp dough at Huntington West Virginia. Food was made by Ashley and taste just like the good ole days. Highly recommend checking this place I might say it’s better than the Huntington location.
