literally waited at the register for forever and they stared at me then walked to the back. there hasn’t been anyone at the register in 10 minutes at least. haven’t seen a soul working here since they ignored us. it was 2pm😭

I really like to get the peanut buster parfait from Dairy Queen, I’ve always enjoyed it, it’s a staple of DQ. At this particular location, I’ve been disappointed by the menu item. The chocolate syrup was skimped on and the peanut were also skimped on too

The people that work here are super unprofessional left the door unlocked and said the lobby was closed and there lobby doesn’t close till 10 pm we showed up at 9:55pm with a 6 person ice cream order and there claiming the lobby is closed then want to make snide comments between each other I can honestly say I’ve Been so disappointed and disgraced to see a Dairy Queen ran this way

The assistant manager I believe her name is Amber should be fired immediately. They didn't have a cake I ordered ready 5 days earlier done, so she literally yelled at the gentleman working in the front because she claimed he was supposed to tell her the name on the cake not the order. Then she quickly wrote on a different color cake completely with white icing on a white cake. I refused to take it. So she told me it would be 5 minutes to whip up the correct cake however she made the icing black that completely stains your teeth. She obviously did it on purpose. I literally heard her in the back complaining and saying "well if she wants to make it personal". I'm disgusted with the customer service. That was the second time I had a confrontational episode with this women over two different cakes on two different birthdays. Do not ever go to this DQ.

Sat in the drive through line ignored for 10 min before 9pm - the open light was on....and Google says they are open until 10pm. Drove to the window where they turned off the lights as I sat there.

I had to wait 10-15 Minutes for my food. 5 minutes more when the employee accidentally gave my blizzard to the wrong customer at the drive thru. Now I understand why locations are disappearing.

As a DoorDash driver and receiver. This restaurant sucks. Slowest service, mid-food.

Purchased three Blizzards from this location. All three were only filled 3/4ths of the way to the top. The Blizzards were decent as far as quality and taste, but this location consistently under-portions their Blizzards. We won't be back.

In response to the owner's response: Sorry, but that isn't going to cut it. How about admit that you are ripping people off by shorting them 25% of what they should have received and that you'll retrain your crew to begin giving people what they paid for? Your non-response didn't address the specific issue I raised. Obviously, you don't care or don't comprehend what I wrote...or both. Pathetic through and through. With your attitude, I don't expect anything will change and I feel sorry for the people who unsuspectingly make a purchase from your store. Crooks like you wreck the brand.

We were delighted with the great service and excellent quality of our double cheeseburgers, fries, and small Blizzards. When craving a cheeseburger & shake our go-to was Steak & Shake in Turkey Creek until they permanently closed in October 2024. No question that our new go-to will be DQ.

I’m a big Dairy Queen fan… this is the worst location I’ve been to. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant instead. Takes 30 minute to get through the line and costs just as much a steak dinner from cheddars. Not sure why this location charges so much more than others. ?

Food wasn't the best service sucked and the place was dirty will never eat their again
