i would leave NO STARS if i could!!!!! came out to enjoy my evening & a young man named william with braces & glasses taking our order kept saying comments that were uncalled for. he also sat down against the wall while taking our order. NOT ONLY THAT he brings our food out & SLAMS IT ON OUR TABLE!!! the disrespect is unreal. he came over & “apologized” by saying sorry for all that & had a smirk on his face. i have never experienced such a thing in my life at this place. i will NOT be coming back & i HIGHLY suggest you do the same & take your money elsewhere!!!

Employees kept asking me over and over what my order was , I spoke louder and all I could hear was laughing . I ordered two things and said my total was 19 dollars and I said for a banana spilt and oreo blizzard, she had like 4 things added to my order and then got mad I asked her to remove it, very hateful and not attentive.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive through listening to them have an entire conversation with the headset on unaware we were at the speaker . We finally pulled up after being ignored just for our order to be incorrect . I’m having to wait for my order to be fixed while I’m able to hear the girl working the window complain about remaking my order and starting at a disgusting kitchen .

Every time I do a pick up order here It’s the most terrible experience I’ve ever had the staff is so rude and negligent they could care less about having your order ready when you arrive a.k.a. the definition of a pick up order or even answering the phone. they close the lobby three hours before close time so I have to go through the entire drive-through just to get my order. Why would I make the pick up order in the first place?

This place is always a huge disappointment and I’ve definitely learned my lesson to never go back. The customer service is hands down the worst I have dealt with in the area and I’m pretty easy going as I’ve worked in this industry myself . They forgot one of my blizzards and shut the window before I could tell them. I kid you not she straight up ignored me in the drive through and played on her phone with her back turned to the window. I had my husband knock on the window to get her attention and he tapped the horn to get her attention and she continued to ignore us.(she clearly heard us)I went inside and was ignored in there too, finally made eye contact with someone. I ordered a brownie blizzard and all I got was chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips…. Didn’t eat it because I didn’t trust any of them (IYKYK). Besides the terrible customer service the establishment itself was unclean and should definitely get a visit from the health department. Says everything you need to know about management down to its employees. Do yourself a favor and do not spend your hard earned money here, you will be very disappointed.

To tell you the truth when I think about grabbing a burger I usually don't think of dairy queen but this visit changed my mind. The food was very hot and fresh and the guy working up front was very nice. Best burger I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back and probably my new normal place to " just grab a burger somewhere"

THIS PLACE SUCKS. This restaurant and they did not get me my food until after 20 minutes and then, when I actually did get my food, they gave me the wrong size of my ice cream, and they gave my friend the size of I asked for and they gave me size that she asked for and then they tried to do the thing where they flip the ice cream on the floor to make sure that it doesn’t fall and it started dripping on the floor. Then before they had given me my food they had already given it to the wrong customer who had to tell them that it was not their food, and it was ours. Then they gave me onion rings when I had asked for fries, so I had to wait another ten minutes for my fries to come. This place has horrible service. I should’ve known when I only saw four other customers in the restaurant. NEVER AGAIN
