Normally I love Dead End, but the food today really lacked seasoning. It just tasted bland, the burnt ends were very good though as usual but the cole slaw and fries were the pits

Got a salad with brisket. Bareley any meat .....it wasn't worth the money. The restaurant needs a tune up. It looks old.

The burnt ends and banana pudding were the highlights for me. Definitely recommend. I also got the pulled chicken and the smoked sausage. The sausage was good, but I felt the chicken really required a generous amount of sauce.
The nac and cheese side was also great, would get again. However, the cole slaw was a bit funky, and not my favorite. Not sure why? It almost had a blue cheese flavor or something akin to that. I prefer a vinegar-based slaw, so may be just my preference.
The service was excellent, even with our quite large party, so kudos to her

We went here with a large group (a teen girls soccer team) and they did great. Food is excellent. Definitely do a set of meats: pulled pork, sausage , and pulled chicken or smoked bologna.
The okra tossed in buffalo is not good. The okra comes out mushy, so the frying isn’t worth anything.
