Our server, Jessica, was great. The burgers surprised the heck out of me and my wife. There were just two things that could have made it better. 1. Being able to choose the temp of the burger, but I understand reasoning behind that. 2. The decreased in the dishwasher must need changing as 3 of our 4 utensils had some cloudy residue on them.

The service I received at this Dennys location was just ok. I waited a couple minutes to be seated though the restaurant was not busy at all. My waiter took my order but I never got a refill of beverage and was not asked what option I wanted when it came to sauce or toast. He did ask after the food came if what he had put in was ok and I didn’t have a preference. The toast came sopping wet with an unpleasant glob of butter on it. It did not taste good. My main complaint, however, is the deceptive marketing of their milkshakes. What I received was nowhere near what was advertised. For $5.50 I would not have ordered one if I had known it was going to be such a small shake. I would not recommend eating at this location.

Waited 40+ minutes for my order and there were only 3 other customers. Food was bland. They didn't have 3 things I asked for on the menu. I watched at least 4 orders come in for pickup that had their orders messed up. There was only 1 cook and 1 server. The server was also the checkout hostess.
Michael took wonderful care of us. The last couple of trips to a Dennys we had terrible service but decided to give it one more try and I'm happy we did.

Waitress was nice but hardly came around. The food was just thrown onto the plate burnt and greasy. Then they shut the lights off on us...the night cooks are not good at all.

Our family had the best server named Kim at the Watt Road location in Knoxville. She was patient when some in our group were indecisive in ordering. She was quick to follow up on anything we needed. She was very sweet and we will definitely be back to see her. The food was great too!
