So disappointed in my take out order today. The ribs had virtually no meat on them and they were burnt. I eaten here sev times in the past and never had a problem…. But there is no excuse for my meal today

They cut the size of the side in half. The ice cream machine is always BROKEN it is worse than McDonalds that says something to beat then. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon

Sunday noon, $21 for brisket plate, place was empty. Slaw and potato salad were ok, not what you go there for though. Got 4 pieces of brisket that was not worth $21

Had pulled pork, chicken, ribs, and wings. Sides of fried okra and slaw.

Meats were juicy and tender. Chicken wings were some of the best I have had locally here in Knoxville. Sides were plentiful and tasty. Causes were great, tried the house, sweet, spicy, and Carolina.

Nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly. They got our drinks and had us sit down, food came out quickly. Prices were good. We will be back.

I've been to this location a couple of times in Sunday afternoons. We went last Sunday and it was awful. How is this location still open? The brisket was good. This location doesn't have the onion straw things anymore.

At 1pm there were only one other couple in there. But the tables and floors were sticky. The ice cream machine was broken and the tea tasted like dirt. I won't be back.

Niche BBQ joint a departure from the same ol fast food varieties. Food is on point. I had the Brisket sandwich combo, which was cooked just right and well seasoned.
Definitely worth a try !

I've officially given up on Dickies. I quit door dashing it because it was never correct. So I drove over there today. I ordered the brisket lean. The person preparing it acknowledged my order. I should have checked it but I didn't. There was more fat on this order than I have ever seen. It was literally inedible. A complete waste of time and money. They have lost my business. I suggest spending your money elsewhere. Also, the restaurant did not have a single customer in it so I suspect people are catching on. The pictures are just a small sampling of the absolute fattiest brisket I've seen.

One other person in the restaurant the food was mediocre thin ribs but tender potatoe casserole could use cheese, bacon, and chives maybe sour cream baked beans needed bacon or brisket in it the brisket itself was decent.

The interior design looked like a good BBQ restaurant and it smelled fantastic. Sadly we were let down by the loaded brisket baked potatoes. The brisket tasted good but there just wasn't much of it. The potatoes were undercooked and barely eatable.
In the end I guess everyone.... Restaurants included are subject to having a bad day. Maybe we were just the unlucky ones that chose BBQ that day.

Very disappointed. When I walked in at almost 6pm on a Saturday night and there was absolutely no one in the restaurant, I should have known and walked out. Almost $75 later, VERY dry brisket (almost choked on it, had to chew forever) ribs were dry, pulled pork dry. I couldn't believe when I opened the mac and cheese and it was the fake crap you can get at a Golden Corral or a Bojangles. I thought it was going to be more of a homemade style. The cardboard container has more flavor. The french fries were soggy. Then to top it all off, I asked for a gallon of sweet tea and neither of the 2 girls knew which was sweet or unsweetened. I got home and guess what, it was unsweetened. My family just moved to the area and we were hoping for some good bbq. It definitely wasn't here. We won't be back. Don't waste your money or time.

Tried for the first time. Was pleasantly greeted Food was very good, restaurant was very clean. For being a hole in the wall it is worth the stop. Get your money worth. Would definitely stop again.

First timer. My husband said the brisket was dry and flavorless and the beans weren’t very flavorful either, but we both thought the chicken was really good! The atmosphere and service were both good too.

Was better than I expected. The brisket sandwich was a little dry but the original sauce, which was superb, made up for it. Definitely will be back.
