Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We just moved to Knoxville and have only been to this location twice. Both times, our experiences were great. The food was consistently fresh and good, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service really stood out. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and clearly cared about providing a positive experience. Based on our visits so far, this is the only Dickey’s location in the greater Knoxville area we plan to go to. The service and hospitality is superb.

Don’t go to eat there. They are too busy filling pickup orders to bother with walk in customers.

Really enjoyed the brisket. The flavor was great and the meat was high quality. Just curious if the brisket was sliced against the grain? It’s not normally cut.

We come a bunch after church n Sundays. My wife has celiac and they always remember her and take care of us. Great food and great service! 5 stars all the way! Louis does a very good job taking care of customers as well! If I was the owner, I would make sure my employee was taken care of and they know that I care about them as a business owner! Let him know he is doing a great job!

Food was good, i went in on Thursday the 12th about a hr till closed and a worker had a bad attitude as soon as we walked in. Other worker was kind. Dude cursed out load and was just mad overall. Food was good but staff can be butts sometimes so considering not going back?

Garbage restaurant. Somehow managed to mess up the single item I ordered. You are better off skipping a meal than wasting money to get a cold, messed up meal here.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to with this place! I ordered through Uber eats and honestly wasn’t expecting much but boy was I wrong! The pork was so tender and all the sauces were very flavourful! Now I wish I had ordered more! I will definitely be ordering again :) thanks!!!!

I was super excited to try this place for the first time. It was disappointing. I ordered bbq sandwich, and over half the bbq was burnt/dry. I also ordered a side of okra that I didn’t receive.

My son and I got the loaded baked potato with pork. I was very happy the entire time I was eating. The potato was hot and cooked through, just the way I like...no crunchy bites of potato. It is a little out of my daily commute, but I will definitely go back.
