Domino's Pizza

Quick and easy service. Everything was baked to perfection and they were all very respectful. I've ordered from other domino's and all my food was underrated. Safe to say, this will be our go to store now!

Didn't want to give any stars. Talked to my mom this evening to be told about the horrible experience she had with her driver Sunday evening 3-2-25. GM she doesnt remember a name.... left hers and my elderly grandmother's food on an abandoned houses porch with it being cold outside and decided to yell at my mother. Then wants to get attitude when she asked about her 2 liter the driver "forgot" in his car. Im a former assistant manager of a major pizza chain and when our drivers have issues with the address they call the customers to get direct instructions. Your driver had no right arguing with my mother who has been sick over the address she has lived at most of her life. I hope she never orders from here again as yall are rude. Also, the pizza sucked! If you don't want to work or do your job then go home and find something else to do!!!

I live in Sequoyah Hills. The Sutherland location is closed. University Commons says they cannot deliver to our address. They are almost exactly the same distance. I guess they no longer want my business.

I ordered pizza at 12 and they waited until it was 1 am to cancel my order. Pathetic staff. Probably stung out.

Had a delivery scheduled for nearly $200. About 45 minutes before it’s due after all day they asked if we wanted to pick it up. Hour 30 after it’s suppose to be delivered they still hadn’t started on it. Order somewhere else place is a joke

Ordered for pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, but it was missing the icing for the cinnamon twists and the ranch that I paid extra for. I had to go back inside and ask for it. Opened to eat and nearly everything is undercooked or under-proofed or something. Dough on the bread bites, cinnamon twists and pizza is chewy and dense. Never had this issue with the Maynardville Pike store.

Well, this is the second time that I try to order a Italian sub with extra meat because they are so skimpy on their sandwiches and then I called them back to tell them that I didn’t get my extra meat after paying for it and the sandwich wasn’t even cooked and then I got hung up on. Do not recommend this place at all numerous times of disappointment And then they tell you that they’ll make up for it and then they don’t even bring your food. How hard is it to work at a pizza place

Worse experience ever with a pizza place…we ordered pizza and breadsticks and the delivery driver literally showed up backed up and then left without delivering the pizza and then when we called him back 2 mins later he did not answer and then when we called the actual dominoes location the employee hung up the phone when we were giving him the address….All around terrible service
