Ordered 5 pizzas for a day in advance. Showed up early, and staff was very friendly. Pizzas were done early and were all correct. Clean building and good service. Great value.

I always order on the app and man I love how quick that is. The people there always smile while handing my order and idk man they just are great, the food is great, it's a crime that they have a 2.9. Very convenient spot as well. Coupons go mad

Pizza was missing made my pizza twice, so I requested a refund had to wait 20 min for someone to come back to the store to issue my refund

The app said Driver Josh delivered our food and chef Gabe made our pizzas. Josh was super polite and even brought the pizzas upstairs for us. Gabe did a great job, all the pizzas were exactly how we ordered them??

Just not good. Their answer to everything is cancel the order, which is never good. It assumes a lot. If you aren't able to fulfill orders, then just close up shop. Second time just cancelling on me. It was late this time (last time was not), but it says, "if you order by 12 then it will still be delivered." Guess who ordered before 12. Yes. So don't waste your time. It's not spectacular anyway, but it is close. Won't bother anymore. Will pay extra to order from somewhere else. OR pay the same amount and order from Papa Johns. Save yourselves the trouble.

Our pizza was stolen at the door before we could get to it, we went to the store and they promptly made us a new one. Good guys working the only pizza delivery place for the university ?

The past 3 times I've ordered something was wrong. The 1st time stuff wasn't made right, the 2nd time everything was burnt, and this last time I waited 2 hrs for a delivery because they ended up way in Clinton tn when I have a Knoxville address under a business
