DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION . They use expired product constantly! They allow very dirty and un healthy food prep conditions. Examples include 2 week expired chicken wings, dough left out all night used to make pizzas , they let the screens they use to cook pizzas on to be on the floor for hours just to be reused WITHOUT BEING SANITIZED . They allow sick people to prep food . A former employee got a parasite due to their food. This place needs to be shut down .

Worst experience ever with a pizza delivery company. They outsource their calls to a foreign country, so when you try to reach out about your delivery, you end up with a non-English-speaking person who cannot help you.

Service at this location is definitely taking a turn for the worst. Long waits. Forget about the drive up window--it's not managed at all. Someone who's order is not complete will be allowed to sit 15 minutes at the window while 5 customers with completed orders sit in line. Try to head inside to pick up the order and I get attitude for coming inside to pick up a window order.Would be a little more tolerable if you could use the online tracker or text message alerts. However, those always have "technical problems". I suspect the staff just gives up when the demand gets high.Food is fine, but getting it is a long ride on the struggle bus.

The staff here has always been nice, albeit a bit overloaded at times, but lately it’s just gone downhill.We used to order from this location all the time and had (mostly) positive experiences. In the last 3 months we’ve ordered maybe 4-5 times and have had an issue every time. Quality has been inconsistent with burnt or cold pizza being the norm. Wait times have gotten atrocious, often taking 2 or more hours for a relatively small order.The last three times we ordered carry out to try and avoid some of the delay only to wait 45-50 minutes to get told we had to wait at least another hour. I finally just cancelled my order and will have to find someplace else.Whoever is running this place needs to work on helping the staff turn out orders a bit quicker.

Ordered online for carry out and it said 60min. After 60 min pizza was never even made and was informed it would be another 60min wait. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me where it takes over 2 hours to get a pizza for carry out and was never told it would take that long.

Ordered through app. Said it was ready, after 40 min. Drove to pick up and took another 30 min. Already 15 min drive so just have to sit in parking lot. Just give the correct time.. that’s all that’s I ask. Employees were nice. Pizza was good.

Ordering online gives no estimate on time order will be ready. App for order showed the pizzas were still being made after 45 minutes so I called. Employee stated that our order wouldn’t be ready for another 1.25 hours. I canceled the order, but was hung up on by the employee before I could confirm that I would not be charged. Completely understand it’s Halloween and a lot of folks ordering but where was the estimated time before I wasted 45 minutes? As far as being hung up on, I also understand simply not having the time or bandwidth to deal with more talking when buried in orders, delivery, and prep, but I would expect a confirmation that my order was canceled and that I was being refunded. While I’m here I’d also like it known I miss the old crust and simplicity of a 1990s Dominos and Noid.

We will no longer be ordering from this Dominos! It is incredibly slow! Here’s a fun story for you! On a Friday night I’m going out to meet a friend to eat out for dinner. My husband drives me and drops me off at the restaurant. While he’s driving me I order3 medium pizzas and a order of boneless wings for carryout. It says it will be ready at 6:29 (it’s about 5:50 when I place the order). He drops me off at the restaurant and head to Domino’s to pick up the pizza. About 30 minutes later he starts texting me that the pizza is not ready. It takes him until about 650 to get his pizzas ready!! he drives home with the pizzas to feed him and our kids and I get home for my dinner out with a friend 10 minutes later and they are just then eating their dinner. completely and totally ridiculous!! Will not order from this dominos again. It’s been extremely slow with deliver like 2 hours in the past so I thought picking up would be better but nope just awful!

Lost my business! Very rude male behind the counter. App stated 30 minute wait. Went inside after waiting 30 minutes and was told it would be an hour and half with 25 orders ahead of mine. Well, the electronic board for orders in dominos stated there was only six orders ahead the mine, and that it would be only a 9 minute wait. Busy or not, no one should talk to a paying customer the way that employee did.
