Domino's Pizza

Placed a pick up order and showed up when the tracker told me it was ready. When I arrived I was told it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes and that I could wait or cancel the order.

Was great all around service.. even the delivery driver was fast and fresh food

After the Powell store completely screwed me over I call them even tho they're technically out of range and they made sure to make up for it! Discounting my food and going out of their way to deliver it! Y'all are literally angels! Thank you

Ordered delivery. The tracker says the order was taken out of the oven and being checked for quality over 30 minutes ago. I called the store to see if I could just come pick it up and I didn't get a chance to say anything, I was just put on hold immediately. I've been on hold for over 10 minutes and counting....
I totally regret ordering from here!!!
Oh Ashley just finally answered and said carry out is an hour and a half and delivery is longer. I had to explain to her that I already ordered almost an hour ago and the app says it's already out of the oven and everything. She acted like she didn't even want to check on it for me and just wanted me to cancel it or something. Rude! It's bad for business to have a manager encouraging customers to cancel orders already placed and encouraging people to not even order just because they are busy. Doesn't she know that having to cancel and refund in the middle of being busy will just set you back even further time-wise. So dumb. I called to come pick it up instead so they wouldn't have to deliver. I'm just trying to help and get my pizza that has already been made. It's probably going to be cold! Or dried out from sitting in a warmer for so long! We live less than 5 min away and all we ordered were 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and a 2 liter of Fanta and they literally can't handle it.

The New York style pizza is a true joke. Do not get one if you're wanting something even similar to a New York style pizza.

Frequent customer. Received a totally burnt pizza. When contacting the shop the manager told the employee that he would do nothing to correct the issue
