I contacted your establishment to place an order for 2 large pizzas and one medium pizza for a group of school children. Unfortunately, the employee who took my order made a mistake, resulting in us being short on pizza for the kids. It is essential that your employees are trained properly before allowing them to take orders over the phone. The children were left feeling unhappy and disappointed with the situation.

First time with this Domino's location (I'm a long time Domino's lover), this is some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I called the store and tried to dialogue with the "manager" about it, and said "manager" (twenty-something year-old girl) basically told me that she remembered making my pizzas and that she omitted no ingredients, and that I should order a side of garlic butter next time if I want more flavor. I cannot recommend this particular Domino's location.

I haven't ordered pizza from Domino's in 2 years and doubt I ever will again. A young lady in early Jan 2022 asked me how much I was going to tip after taking my delivery order at 4 PM and I replied, I'll tip cash because I felt that was rude of her to ask, and she was being rude, it was obvious by her tone. I've tipped 30% regularly to all delivery orders, so lets not get that twisted. I called back after 2 hours of waiting, and my pizza showed up after 2.5 hours. I gave Eric, the delivery guy a 50% tip, even though he took a solid 5 minutes to get to my door after parking in front of my home and standing in front of his vehicle not doing anything but standing next to his car after getting out. Yes, my house cameras picked all of this up. In the future, don't do that, ever. You lost a loyal customer and someone who's worked in a pizza kitchen, and as a server. This is me being nice, after cooling down for 2 years, rather than raising an issue with the service and getting anyone in trouble. This was the worst experience with food service I've ever experienced. I certainly hope your organization & store, has fixed that issue.

Driver left my food at the wrong house. When I called the restaurant to notify the manager at Hardin Valley. I got no apology at first, they wanted to know if I was able to walk over and retrieve my food. When I complained, all they said was I guess we need to verify that your address is correct. When I complained about that, they then apologized but offered no compensation for leaving my food in the ground at a different house. Deserves a 0 for this review.
