I placed an online order from the store that was directed to me after entering my address, which was this one in Hardin Valley. I waited 90 minutes and then got a notification that my order was cancelled. No call from them. I called them and they said I wasn't in their delivery area. It took them 90 minutes to determine that. The staff on the phone were horrendous. All they said is that they were busy. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a singular pepperoni pizza at 9:33 PM and I didn’t receive it until almost 12:00 AM. I was going to cancel when I see a text saying “Your delivery driver is on the way.” So, I decided to not cancel and when it got here I see that they didn’t cut the pizza and the pizza wasn’t hot. Also on the app it said that my pizza was out of the oven for about an hour.

It seems as if the “out of zone” conversation is being had across these reviews left and right. So I’ll add another here. When I called today, the manager on duty let me know the managers taking orders to deliver are basing that on their own accord, has nothing to do with the zone.
So, if you get your ordered delivered, the manager on duty that day wants to make money for the owner, Brian. If you’re getting cancelled and called, they’re not interested, so don’t bother.
Also, the manager made me aware that they have no idea how the app works, she’s never even used it herself, ever.
I’d say this store is a waste of time, however, pizza is pizza. I’ll give dominos my money, just not to Hardin Valley.

Called after placing my order and said I was out of their store radius for delivery so they were just canceling my order. Can't instant refund said it will be a few days for the refund and I live literally 5 miles away, a 10 min drive if you're driving slow. Crazy. Don't waste your money.
Placed order for Philly cheese steak sandwich and several other items sandwich is burned black. Called manager said can't give refund unless GM is in the store. I said when is GM in she said we never know. I order regularly won't anymore
I’d give zero stars on their food
Quality. Ordered delivery yesterday. First, the website said 25-35 minutes delivery time. Didn’t get my pizza until over an hour later. No fault there as when I called, the lady said she was only driver with 12 orders.
So I’m not upset about that. What I’m upset about is the pizza caused food poisoning for my entire family (3 kids and 2 adults). We started vomiting said pizza hours after consuming, and are still very ill. I’ve probably cleaned pizza vomit up 8 times now.
First time ordering at this location and we won’t be coming back.
Beware of them serving you potential food poisoning.
Stopped delivering to my house even though they have delivered to my house multi times before.
To the “manager” that refused to share her name so I could report this to her direct report, thank you for hanging up on me when I was trying to ask for another pizza due to the one I received was burned to a crisp. Very unprofessional and will be filing an official complaint to your leadership team if they care enough as you did by ignoring the customers concerns and trying to make it right as this is a nationwide organization. Thanks again.

First off, they did a double order to my complex which is not a big deal if it would’ve been communicated when my husband called to speak to the lady at the store. Our driver circled our complex for 10 minutes while my husband stood outside where he was supposed to be picking up the pizza. Finally we received our pizza and it was completely burnt. My husband called the store again and asked for the ladies name and she wouldn’t give it and was very rude. Yes my husband was rude but he was frustrated after chasing the driver around because we thought he was giving our order to the wrong person (which has happened before). The lady on the phone denied giving a new pizza and would only do a store credit. My husband called again to get the general managers name and she hung up on us. Definitely avoid this dominos- they are short staffed, have incompetent people working and they do not communicate well with customers. Also the lady we spoke to was very condescending and very unprofessional.

The “emergency” pizza promo is a scam. 1. There is a nearly $6 delivery fee (that doesn’t go to the drivers so what exactly is that for???) 2. The order minimum is way too high to actually get said “free” emergency pizza delivered so you have to order more than said “free” pizza to get it delivered which I sure is the point. I don’t mind paying for pizza. I do mind being misled.
Honestly pizza would have been better if there were more than one ounce of sauce on a couple of the three pizzas I ordered :/
