I haven't ordered pizza from Domino's in 2 years and doubt I ever will again. A young lady in early Jan 2022 asked me how much I was going to tip after taking my delivery order at 4 PM and I replied, I'll tip cash because I felt that was rude of her to ask, and she was being rude, it was obvious by her tone. I've tipped 30% regularly to all delivery orders, so lets not get that twisted. I called back after 2 hours of waiting, and my pizza showed up after 2.5 hours. I gave Eric, the delivery guy a 50% tip, even though he took a solid 5 minutes to get to my door after parking in front of my home and standing in front of his vehicle not doing anything but standing next to his car after getting out. Yes, my house cameras picked all of this up. In the future, don't do that, ever. You lost a loyal customer and someone who's worked in a pizza kitchen, and as a server. This is me being nice, after cooling down for 2 years, rather than raising an issue with the service and getting anyone in trouble. This was the worst experience with food service I've ever experienced. I certainly hope your organization & store, has fixed that issue.

Driver left my food at the wrong house. When I called the restaurant to notify the manager at Hardin Valley. I got no apology at first, they wanted to know if I was able to walk over and retrieve my food. When I complained, all they said was I guess we need to verify that your address is correct. When I complained about that, they then apologized but offered no compensation for leaving my food in the ground at a different house. Deserves a 0 for this review.

On Saturday was working at my Mom’s house and she ordered us some Italian sandwiches and some cheesy tots, and they were incredible. So Sunday after my 12 hour shift I was craving it again, so I ordered theSame thing from my Hardin Valley dominos. I received a sandwhich with basically meat only, one banana pepper, two onions and no green peppers(I requested no green peppers.) My tots were tots and cheese, no sauce. Had the same meal two days in a row yet received two completely different products. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the staff was friendly for 10PM on a Sunday night and the place was incredibly clean, but I threw half of my food away. Save your money .

I’ve been going to dominos for decades, and this new one on Hardin valley isn’t allowing bbq sauce to be drizzled on top, which I have gotten hundreds of times. However the young lady serving me had no problem stealing bbq sauce cups and throwing them to me and pretty much letting me know I can do it myself. Wish I asked for her name but she opened the store on Tuesday the 21st of November.

We ordered Brooklyn style pizza and we ended up getting thin crust pizzas for all of them. Would have been nice to get what we actually ordered vs whatever they decided to make.

I'm generally understanding of how the world works with humans in it , but today was the last time I use the Dominos in Hardin Valley. I patiently repeated my C.C. # 3/4 times and every single time the young man repeated the same series of numbers and his reason was a bad connection. There isn't enough room here to cover my thoughts on this particular situation.

We have ordered delivery from this location many times since they’ve opened and every order has been superb! Always comes hot and order correctly made. I’m hooked on their pan pizzas and the breadstick bites.

Great pizza at this location. 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $15 and some change. Carry out. Walk in door 10 minutes or so, and walk out with 2 fresh and hot pizzasUpdate: 01 July 2023 about 1800hrsIf doing take out, order when you get there. I was sold old pizzas as new pizzas. Watched them take the pizzas out of the pizza warmer which I thought was strange. All the other times I had to wait a few minutes for them to be done. I only live a few minutes away and call in the order as I'm headed that way. First time I was disappointed at this location. Will take about 10 minutes or so to bake them but that may be what it takes to get fresh baked pizzas. Slices of the old pizzas I received stood straight out when eating in car, right out of the door after paying. Fresh slices will droop even when I get to the house which is about 3-4 minutes away from their place. I was screwed this time. For this screwing I received, this location gets a continued one star rating until further notice. Make you you check your pizzas out at the counter, preferable before paying. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS LOCATION WILL BITE YOU IN THE ANGUS
