Made an order for delivery. About an hour into waiting for my pizza I called back to the store to check on my order. It was stated then that it would possibly be delivered in another hour to hour and a half. So since I had already paid I decided to go to the physical store location and retrieve my food. So all together it was possibly going to take three hours or longer to get the order delivered. Totally unacceptable. Workers were just standing around. Manger was hiding in his office I was told. The light shining is on a lady who I forgot her name by now. But she was working her butt off to keep the customers happy and informed. Unlike the store manager who was hiding. I will will definitely reconsider before ordering delivery from this location. Or be prepared for bad service and long wait times!

Last sunday i ordered a pizza from here it said it was delivered but never was then when i called them it sent me to the millertown pike store where they told me it was closed and that the order would not be delivered but they still charged my card. Was told they would refund me in a few days been 1 week and still no refund so thanks dominos.

Took two hours total get order and had to call the store twice. Was lied to first time said it would be 20 mins it took another hour after this and called again after 35 mins went by and was lied to and said driver was leaving store with it which is 5 mins from my house per Google maps. Also said it came out of over and went into quality check 45 mins before I received my food which was cold and gross after waiting two hours. They sent extra cheesy bread but not another sauce for inconvenience but I couldn't even eat the shii it was cold and gross.

Placed my order online, it sat in the "quality check" for an HOUR before leaving the store. Its 6 minutes from our bnb 🙄, we should have done carry out at this point. When I called to check the status the male employee who answered the phone was rude, short, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I understand dominos hires youth, but he sounded like a spoiled 13yr old who got his playstation taken away. Horrible attitude and customer care. Delivery driver was kind, and beyond being cold, the food was decently made. The toddler who answered the phone needs to check his attitude.
Ordered at 9 pm on Thursday, food never even left the store according to the app. Not the first time from this store that there's been an issue, and I'm still trying to get refunded.

I ordered carry out . & The pizza was delicious,fresh, and full filling. I got a pan medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.🍕🧀 🔥 I wish I would of took pictures of it. It was awful purdy!! Haha 💯😅

Happy Valentine's Day!! Got the special $9.99 unlimited toppings pizza's today. Best pizza's we've had in a long time. Loaded with toppings, cheese & the crust was perfect. We got 2 and both were excellent. Delivery was super fast to. The pizza's were hot & so good. Thanks Michelle and Kerri.
