Ordered 2 8 piece chicken bites with ranch at 10:55 pm on April 7! At 12:22 am we STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER! My son checked the app and at 12:23 it said driver was on the way! We have given them several chances to improve on getting our order to us. There is always some excuse. Many times we have received our food and was cold! Very displeased! 12:27 our food arrived! No ranch as asked for with chicken. Did receive chicken and garlic bread bites as ordered.

Absolutely awful! Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from Domino’s. Pan pizzas were dough even though I asked for well done. Pasta literally had no sauce and 3 pieces of toppings. Pizza was very poorly made some pieces didn’t even have toppings!! I ordered online from work and specified at time pizza wasn’t even done for 20 minutes past that time. No one would even answer the phone to take my complaint. I paid 31 dollars to throw food away and make sandwiches for my kids. Extremely unhappy!

The staff does not answer the phones. I ordered my pizza and it took and hour and a half. They do not answer the phone. I called twice and was on hold for 15 minutes each time. I just hung up because it never got answered. When I went in to the location for my pizza, I actively watched the staff not answer the phone. Further there were several health code violations and I will be reaching out to the health department.

Take out took 15 minutes for cashier to get to me. I was only one in line. She was busy talking to other employees in back. Won't be coming
Roaches in my 3 hour late pizza and they refuse to refund me..... I ordered pizza, cheese bread, and tots at 7pm on a Monday evening and waited until 9pm to call and check....when I did the lady was nice and apologized saying they hadn't even cooked mine yet and we're swamped with a single driver and offered a $10 credit. I said sure and waited another hour and called again...she said the driver was on the way and then said wait your pizza isn't even cooked yet...I asked for a refund and she said she was going to do it and go ahead and send the pizza since I had waited so long. Pizza cam to my house 30 minutes later cold and obviously not fresh at all with roaches literally in the box on the pizza. Called the next day and put on a 30 minute hold with no resolution ...and no refund.

Picked up a carry out order while in town. Pizza was great and staff was very friendly. Easy convenient location. Philly cheese steak pizza is always a favorite and they did it up right.

This Domino's Is now one of the best. Had a problem or 2 in the past but it was always taken care of .The staff they have now is spot on and the service is amazing ,they even remember my name everytime I come in. Keep up the excellent work!
