I went to the dominos off northshore dr I came in a little bit towards closing time they had a big order and was kinda in a hurry but over all it was good service if u get the cinnamon twist u have to request the icing

Abbott Martin, Dominoes rocks. I ordered thin crust with premium chicken and spinach.Pretty healthy for a pizza and it’s absolutely delicious. The employees are so friendly and always have the pizza ready, pronto.!

I always order from here but I’ve had the worst experience and customer service at the northshore location 12/13/2023. I ordered through the web at 5:07pm said estimated wait time for delivery was 25 minutes. That isn’t a huge deal as im at work and can’t leave due to single coverage. I wait an hour and half for 2 one toppings a oven dip and 16 piece Parmesan bites. When the Driver juliabelle arrives she was unfriendly and i get the wrong food. I call the store after getting sent to the call center and the guy said the manager was busy and can’t talk but ha can handle the issue. He voided my payment and asked if I would like that remade i said yes as i just wanted what I ordered and well 2 hours go hy and i never received a new order! Will not be ordering from this location again!

There is a minimum purchase price of nearly 18$. I received a coupon for a free pizza, so instead of 11$ total including a 5$ tip, i am having to spend 20$ just to get a pizza i wanted and breadsticks I didn’t even want. Very scummy business model. Great food but if you get a coupon, make sure to be able to pick up the food instead.

We usually order pizza from domino's when our daughter craves for cheese pizza or we crave for some saved customized pizza or for some mango habanero wings. Domino's is a pretty great option for a kid's birthday party or playdates I would say. Not to satisfy your premium pizza crave though.
I would not order from dominos. Unless you want to have the worst customer service you have ever had.

They pizza is good, but do NOT order delivery. Drivers don't care about your order and you will wait 45 minutes after the pizza is done for anyone to even start bringing it to you.
Ordered two pizzas on Thursday night. The pizza had more cheese on it and no sauce. Wished I could post a picture but won’t let me. This will be last time I order from there.

Last experience with Dominoes. I made my order via online. I failed to fed that delivery to car was from 4-9.. I was there with my flasher at 2:50 my order was to be at 3pm. Finally I phoned inside and the service person said the could not leave the store. I do understand that so I walk with a cane because of bad surgery. I also ordered a salad . I checked my invoice and was charged for salad. There wasn’t a salad and walking back into the store she told me I would not get a credit to my card but the salad as a credit would remain at the store. I go there often but I need to find another place. She pointed out the 8x11 post on e front telling about delivery to car. I understand about no personnel but you still can be nice.

Why I won't be ordering domino's anymore. Orders are wrong. And late constantly. And when an order is an hour twenty late. And undercooked and not cut. And just wrong in general I get offered a 7 dollar pizza. Glad I paid 30$ plus a 10$ tip for two wrong undercooked late pizzas. No more. Never again.
