After waiting for my order for over an hour I called the store and was immediately put on hold and then when they finally had time for me to check the status of my pizza…. It was still being prepped! I demanded they cancel my order because I should not have to wait over an hour for freaking pizza!

Go to Pizza Hut instead! Pizza is good and they actually do your order!

Got a call to offer a refund. When I stated I would prefer to get my food I was hung up on. Called back several times to be put on hold instead of being able to even speak and then finally being told it’s on the way I want to say this store has a piss poor management and customer experience.

Called in again and Spoke to “Cam”
He was empathetic but said manager wasn’t there. He was the only person that didn’t hang up so he isn’t the problem.

I was informed I could only give my info for a callback even though I had an immediate issue and that no manager was there. I never complain due to my decades in customer service but the lack of tact and grace from everyone I’ve spoken to other than Cam is ridiculous. Thank you Cam but to the rest of the staff do better and stop trying to keep your hold times down by picking up and saying “please hold” and hanging up again. Cam gets a 5 star the rest is shameful

I ordered an hour and half in advance to have one pizza delivered. My cold pizza arrived 48 minutes late... I think that says enough.
The ONLY reason they get two stars is because it was actually delivered.

Greated the moment I stepped foot in to grab my food. Pleasant staff and the ease of ordering a perfectly made pizza was fantastic. Definitely the right decision for a chilly night ahead…! Thanks James and Arthur for your service and genuine hospitality. I’ll be back sooner than later for sure!

First time ordering from this location. Store was pretty busy and Arthur and James C did a great job taking care of everyone and food was great!!

I called in an order and I spoke to Arthur on the phone while I placed it. He’s was extremely nice and explained all the deals and promotions they had available. When I went in to pick it up, I was greeted by James as he handed me my food. They were both professional and seemed happy to be there

I really wouldn’t even give this store a rating at all,I ordered two pan pizzas one onion and sausage the other mushrooms and bacon my daughter ordered a chicken barbecue Memphis garlic knots an pepperoni pizza they were burnt bottoms tops the sausage was so burnt you couldn’t eat it so daughter talks to a lady on the phone she says come back and we will remake pizzas ,my daughter gets there and observes a long haired guy hair flying everywhere rubs his nose gets pizzas started making pizzas she is still standing and another lady walks in wanted water and the guy walks over to help her she says no help her he says no I am helping you and she tells him that’s her pizzas in the table he says oh your Jessica she says yes he mumbles something then she’s headed out the door and yells something at her also she asks who’s the manager he says me she said who’s the manager over all of the store he says me so I will never order from your store ever- also three delivery drivers walk in and one grabs garlic knots and starts fixing them without gloves on and the long haired guy guy has no gloves on messing with his nose

Words can’t even describe how terrible this location is. From start to finish it was a 0 out of 5 stars, but google is making me give at least a 1 star. I placed an order for carryout, and arrived to the store after I was emailed that the order was ready. I get into the store and had the pleasure of standing there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there (Keep in mind there were two gentleman who looked up at me and yet still chose to ignore me.) finally someone comes out from the back and “Assists me.” After I gave the name of the order, he proceeded to give me everything BUT the pizza. After I asked where the pizza was at, he looks at me with confusion and says “oh you had a pizza?” I guess he didn’t read the receipt HE handed me because the pizza was the first thing on it. But wait it gets better. I then got home, opened it up, and found out they had only put one of the two toppings on the Two Topping Pizza. What a joke.

Had a lady leave my food on the floor of my room... then flip me off.... worst service ever. Fire the driver and manager in charge.

After 8.5 years of living in the same place, suddenly the drivers have no clue how to find us. Each time one tells me different things to put in the instructions, including using made up street numbers. I follow what they say but then the next one still gripes. Tonight the guy got really condescending and copped an attitude with me. The food from there is good but until they figure out how to fix this known issue, I'm not ordering from them anymore.

I went yesterday and got me a cheese pizza! The new manager is amazing, gave me extra cheese at the end which was so kind of him, the service was a 10/10 and I will be coming way more often now !
