If I could give this negative rating I would. I placed my order online at 909pm. I attempted to call the order in but never made it past the auto recording so I opted for online. My estimated delivery time was about 20 to 45 mins. At 939 the tracker update stated it was wait to be delivered. After an hour I tried multiple times to call the store with no answer so the last time I just waited on the line for ANOTHER 30 minutes still no answer. Finally at 1138pm I was notified by txt that my delivery driver Jenn had left the store. It's literally a 9 minute drive from my house. So I go outside to wait so I can try and get some kind of answer. Was then notified at 1156pm my food had been delivered. Guess what no food and I prepaid for my order. I'm going to the store as soon as it opens in the morning for answers. I'm also contacting corporate.

Posting a sympathy good review, I tried to place an order that was just over $1,000 to be delivered this evening but got this error. Bad news for this store, good news for one of the other pizza chains nearby.

This was pretty awful service. I was ordering pizza for a large group so I thought it would be easier to call a couple days in advance. The first time I held for about 20 minutes before giving up. This time I gave the benefit of the doubt bc I called close to dinner time. I called again when I knew they wouldn’t be busy- 10pm. Held for about 30 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back held for about the same amount of time… ended up ordering online, but the website kept freezing. Ordering pizza has now taken over an hour and a half of time… I finally get it ordered, then had to modify the order. I decided to call the next day. After 10 minutes of holding, I decided it would save time to drive to the store. At the store, they tell me the phone is not working. He also tells me he doesn’t know how to do tax exempt so he can’t do it. The computer kept freezing so I made a second order to add to the first. Then the worker said, they are having a big pizza deal so he wasn’t sure if the pizza would be ready in time. I’ve now invested about 2.5 hours in to ordering pizza. I had him cancel the order since he wasn’t sure he would have it ready in time. I called papa Johns and had the pizza ordered and payed for with my tax exempt in about 20 minutes.
The dominos worker was very friendly and understanding of me wanting to cancel so i did appreciate that.

Me and my wife go to this Dominos on a regular basis. We do that because they are great as a whole like when u walk in they all say welcome to Domino's. They are very clean and very fast about getting your pizza made and getting it in the oven. I placed an order online and was told 35 minute wait but they had me done and out the door in 20.. we will absolutely continue to go back
Pizzas were not ready when promised.Waited 15 minutes longer.

Update: Got yet another GREAT pizza and garlic knots yesterday, this time, for my parents. They said both were delicious! I'm telling you, these guys are awesome here. They care about what they send out! Thank you again, Dominos employees for the awesome job you all do! :) Reviewed on 5/24/25

This is 2 different pizzas one was supposed to be a Wisconsin 6 cheese and it is a regular cheese. The other is a spinach and feta add bacon and mushroom. Neither added topping is there. This was a second chance things happen order. Earlier this week we ordered a sausage and mushroom. There was no sausage. We had bad experiences here in the past and haven’t ordered in a long time. But they claim new management so we gave them another chance. Will not use this location again.

There were two staff members to handle all orders. When I got the pizza home, the slice was thin and the crust was HUGE. And the bread bites needed cutting.
