We’ve ordered from this dominos quite often and truly have only had one really bad experience. Since that time though, we just recently ordered and they were on time, the food was so so good(like the pizza looked as good and was as pictured on the commercials!) , and the customer service was perfect! We really appreciate them valuing their customers. We will definitely be ordering from here again!Kid-friendliness: Ordering at anytime means we are ordering for our girls (ages 3 and 1). So if anything is messed up, there’s a possibility of them not getting to eat, at least when they start getting hungry. I’m thankful for the timeliness because when these girls get hungry we’ve got to feed them in a timely manner. Thank you so much dominos!
We have been going to this Dominos for years and never had any problems but in the last 6 months or so every time I have been to this location I have had to sit and wait on my order 40+ minutes after the window I’m told it’s supposed to be done. And then when you do finally get your order the pizzas of course have issues like not cut properly, not cooked properly, not enough sauce, not enough cheese, this time we even had all the pepperonis thrown in big clumps all over the pizza. I get places having a bad night here and there but it’s been very consistently bad for the last several months. I held out and kept trying for awhile cus we’ve been going here for so long but I give up, just not worth my effort and patience anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere for awhile…. Good luck getting your ducks in a row Halls Dominos.

My goodness, to start off I ordered a pizza for delivery and after an hour of it staying on the “your food is being prepared” step I decided to call the store and see if they were still alive, or if they had to run to the farm to pick vegetables for my delicious pizza. Well the store didn’t answer, it was the local number for the store but it went to a call center? Nice lady on the phone said they must be having technical difficulties because they cannot find a status of my delivery, said she would have to redirect my call to the store. So it rang and rang and rang until a voice came on the line asking me to rate my service. Tell us how we did! Well frankly nothing was done yet so I gave a middle of the road score because I was still betting on my great dominos team to deliver my oh so tasty pizza with fresh from the farm ingredients. Masterfully crafted with nothing but the greatest culinary repertoire this side of the Mississippi. Well, the line went dead. Obviously a mistake, so I called back, this time it rang and rang and finally I can hear the clatter of a busy kitchen for just a moment as the phone is lifted and just as fast, slammed back down. Line dead again…and then a notification. My order had been cancelled. After an hour and a half. No reason, no one to talk to. They dropped me like yesterdays garbage. It hurt, really hurt. How do I explain this to my kids? I failed them. Put my trust in someone to just let me down. So now, I who have been dreaming of a ooey gooey cheesy delight, visions of pepperonis dancing on my taste buds, had to go upstairs and cook myself dinner…and I suck at cooking. Ever had Mac and cheese with easy bake oven honey mustard seasoning mixed in? I have and it is absolutely gross. Thanks Dominos.

We have ordered from here several times with no issues until today. We called to complain about the pizza because it didn't taste right. I asked to speak to the manager and "IF" that was a manager that I talked to he needs to learn customer service, because he was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. He hung up on me and was very disrespectful. I will be calling corporate first thing on Monday morning.

So they lost out order, refused to answer the phone for over 30min, and basically brushed my husband off after making him wait over an hour by just offering a refund. Apparently they’re also out of pepperoni? I don’t know who’s managing this location but clearly they don’t have a bit of experience in hiring, ordering, or organization. Probably just going to give up Dominos since this was pretty much the same reason the Maynardville location shut down too. At least Pizza Hut can still fulfill an order most days.
We had to call about an order 2 hours after ordering - only to realize they canceled. And now it’s apparently up to my bank to refund me the money. Like I get people are short staffed and what not - but at least give a heads up when you cancel on us without our knowledge. (My daughter called me crying because there was no pizza after 2 hours)
