The first time we went there it was a Saturday and busy. We got seated sand ordered water with lemon and a coffee. The waitress came back with water and I asked for lemons. She never came back to even take our order. After 20 minutes we left.I thought I would give them another chance during the week and it was better. Service was good and food was good.My Last trip there today was just bad. The waitress was nice and got us water and coffee and returned shortly after to take our order. There were about 6 other tables in the restaurant and it took about 40 minutes to get food. When it arrived they forgot the pancakes. My chicken fried steak and eggs was cold and just not good at all. My wife’s food was nice and hot. It took about 20 minutes to get my pancakes but they didn’t bring my wife’s pancakes. That took another 15 minutes. I informed the waitress that my food was cold and I could not eat it right after it arrived. She apologized, said they were really busy and offered to microwave it which I declined. If I want microwave food I would have went to McD’s. I told her I would be fine just paying for pancakes. They charged me for the full meal and would not take off the bad food. I will never go back!

Just visited this restaurant for lunch with some coworkers there was two different hairs on my plate. The plate was taken back to the kitchen, and then our server returned with the cook to explain to me that nobody in there had curly hairs, and the way she was explaining it Just sounded like she was accusing me of putting hair in my own food. Mind you I am a mixed girl I have braids in at the moment, so no loose hairs, and then the bigger white lady with curly hair was looking at me, so stink face the entire time we were leaving we will not be going back. The whole situation is disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ordered eggs over medium with crisp bacon. One egg was well and one was over medium. Bacon was limp, and barely cooked. They were busy, but did not meet expectations.

terrible service and high priced awful food. pancake cold, un buttered toast cold. hashbrowns had a strange taste like old grease, bad sausage...had to ask them to cash us out several times. Waffle House is better.

1.Midweek morning around 8:30am Overall impression, food was decent, service was okay, not going back. Read below if you want more details. 2. Weird entrance, not sure where to go or what to do and no one was there. 3. Someone finally came to seat us and she was friendly and courteous. 4. Total of 3 tables in entire restaurant, the two girls working were polite but spent more time behind the counter looking at their phones than. checking on their three tables. No exaggeration they were glued to their phones. 5. Waited almost 10 minutes after asking for syrup for my pancakes. Had to go ask the girl who was watching videos on her phone where my syrup was and she replied, "I told you I would bring it when it is ready for you". Then she went to the kitchen and surprise, there it was sitting at the window. 6. Hashbrowns are cottage fries but they call them hashbrowns. 7. Had them correct overcharges on our check. They apologized and were polite.

I made the mistake of ordering the 4 pancake option, WOW were they big! 2 are plenty. Service was good. I will definitely be visiting again.

We got there as they were closing and they let in our large group of 6. The food was amazing and the service was great. I’ll be returning to this hidden gem.

Service was slow with two sets of customers and two waitresses. The food was decent. Silver dollar pancakes were okay. We asked for scrambled cheese eggs. Cheese wasn't even melted inside the eggs.Don't order the hot chocolate though. $3 for a cup of Swiss Miss and it wasn't even hot. It's more like lukewarm chocolate.
